We order pizza,cheese sticks and wings and u started charging for sauce and every time we order they don't put the sauce we paid for

Worst customer service ive ever had with a pizza place i ordered my pizza at 10:00pm on the app and it took 45 minutes for it to get to the “quality check” then i called the store and asked about it and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone then i called back and never could get a answer it is now 11:14 pm and my pizza is 19 min away

If your store is gonna deliver pizza, DO IT SAFELY by following the Rules set by LAW. Yesterday afternoon 8/2/24 between 1:30-1:40pm on Forsyth Rd. which is a 35mph Zone heavily commercial district & traffic , I observed a Dk.Gray Kia Soul w/Dominoes company logo on its roof speeding in excess of 60mph on Forsyth Rd w/out a care for others & then pulling into your store (2042)..THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE..!!! Not the first time I've seen this car speeding/zig-zagging in the area. Your Responsible/Liable for this careless-employees actions on road while on the clock/driving with company logo if injury or worse should happen..
Just called the police on a delivery driver tonight for harrassing and cussing me out in front of my children. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I called the store after an hour went by that my order did not come. I did not receive a knock or anything. They said it was delivered to a different apartment. They will resend it. When the driver came I said thank you and he cussed me out and yelled calling me a liar saying "kids your moms a B...... and a. Effin Liar!!" He went down my stair and came back up continuing to yell and cuss at me. He had some kids yelling too and recording him. Awful And terrifying experience for myself and children. I went to the store after I called the police. The manager said it doesnt matter what he said. She reported to GM. But she did not seem concerned either way. The driver yelled and cussed at me in front of her as well.
This franchise has no heart, no apologies, careless and scary they run a business like this and get away with it.
The handmade pizza was YUMMY. I will definitely order it tomorrow.

Pizza ok.
Ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni. Cheese was fine but if that was extra pepperoni I'd hate to see regular.
