I wanted a cheat meal since there barely was any food in my house. This Domino's isn't far from my house, so I put in an order through Uber Eats. I ordered at 8:50pm and my pizza was not delivered until 9:50pm. But the pizza was good.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location. I always pay for extra cheese because the family and I love extra cheese. Each time this particular location does not put extra cheese on their pizzas. The manager gets a bigger paycheck and bonus The less cheese they use. The Rose avenue location next To McDonald's in Lockhart is a 5 star Domino's location. They actually put extra cheese, which is what the customer paid for. This silver star road location is in the hood, crime.Hills , so of course , they are not going to do their customer's right. I'm going to get into touch with Domino's Corporate today to file a complaint against this location.

Pizza and chicken cold. This place is horrible, lacks customer service skills and the food is horrible. Whoever manage this store should be fired for the horrible service. They give domino's a bad reputation. Stay away from this store. Will never order from here again. Called to explain about the food and was told to put food in my oven. Asked their name and he hung up on me.

Poor service. Order pizza at 10 o'clock and the pizza gets to my house cold at 11:30. Call the store. The person who answered the phone was rude as hell wouldn't give me. His name i told them to give me a refund and he hung up. THE WORST! I called because they messed up my order. The lady claimed that she remembered making my order but when I told her that I'd provide proof, she started putting the blame on other people and that they would remake it and deliver it again. An hour passes and NOTHING! I called back and they put me on hold because all I requested was a refund for the pie they messed up but was told it would have to be the full order refunded. After holding for over 10min, they hung up. I called back 5 times and they wouldn't answer the call. They'd answer and hang up. I'm not one to complain but corporate will be contacted.

I ordered three pizza and two cokes and it was 60 dollars but they delivered it to the house next door and they told me that I couldn’t get a refund because of what had happened and I went to the house next door and tried to ask them but nobody answered

On my behalf of Domino's, I have never experienced this matter of no customer service. I’ve been on hold for the past hour and a half and could not get in contact, and it’s ridiculous that I order from them all the time. I have fellow employees who are starving and haven’t eaten since morning; it’s so inconsiderate and definitely needs attention from the manager, as well as directors as a corporation. It’s been preparing for the past 40 minutes, and honestly, if they do not act like they care about society, as well as everyone else, I personally want to get in contact with fellow directors and managers to talk about team effort. I will be speaking to corporate directly to talk about the performance of fellow employees and managers. Thanks for understanding; I hope someone can read this.

Horrible service! My food arrived and hour and a half late. I had to call the store to find out where my food was bc the app says it was delivered but it wasn't. I spoke to the manager who stated that his driver had I fact delivered it but he would have him come back to the store to bring me my food. I stopped the driver at the front door at your store to ask if that was my food but he ignored me only to come inside, rest my food on the counter for an additional 30 minutes then comes knocking on my front door to deliver cold food that has been driven around, back and forth where ever he was at whennhe pushed the delivery button knowing damn well he NEVER showed up to my house. I have cameras so I know exactly what time he came. Minutes to 1 am. I ordered my food around ten during the Mike Tyson fight last night. The time said 20 to 22 minutes before the delivery driver arrives. Instead he showed up after hours, damn near rear ended my vehicle is in driveway then flat my tire on his miserable way back to his car. Very unprofessional! I will not ever order from this location. I usually do pickup but it was convenient to have it delivered. They lied about the time, lied about it being delivered when he hasn't even been to my home and they were very rude and ignorant once I arrived at the store. I did not receive any food but my account was charged 56.98. still waiting on my refund.
