Unlike most people, I've never had issues with deliveries from this location or any because I'm very specific in the delivery instructions and im always there when the driver arrives. I ALWAYS track my order on the dominoes app (as you should). Today I placed an order via the app. I messed up and forgot to add something for an order i placed the order to be delivered couple of hours from now. The lady who answered (Lee) was very courteous and helpful and I thank her for assisting me in modifying my order.

If i could give zero stars I would. Im not typically a KAREN bit this store needs corporate to step in and help.
Order my food over an hour and a half ago with a 45 minute wait quoted online. I still have not received my order and I was just informed that there are still 5 orders ahead of mine. This makes the wait for mediocre pizza over 2 hours. No communication from the restaurant that they are running a hour and a half behind just to make the food not to mention the time to deliver. Food prep was started for my order at 10:19pm by Humphries the manager on duty per the online tracker. Then when I spoke with him on the phone he lied and raised his voice at me. All I wanted was to get my food and not wait 2 days . If it is a staffing issue then the manager needs to hire or schedule on busy nights. Everyone knows hhn started and it is a holiday weekend you need to make sure your restaurant is fully staffed or you will continue to have the same thing happening every weekend until the beginning of next year when the tourist go home.

Terrible, ordered through Uber Eats and the food is delivered by store staff. I ordered and the time said 20:45-21:05, at 20:35 I got a notification that my driver is here (I’m staying at a hotel) I go to the meet point, on my way there it says order completed ( how if I haven’t made it there yet) I get there 30s later and nothing. No one is there, using uber I try to find out what is going on ( I can’t call as I don’t have a phone number able to call outside of WhatsApp) uber tells me wait 15minutes… 30 minutes later I am getting that same message. Then it says I am unable to do anything since someone labeled the order as completed.

Came in for 2 medium pizza one pepperoni and one cheese and the chews one didn’t have any cheese it was just sauce on top. I understand it was busy but they need to paid attention to the orders and service.
