We were there at 7:15 pm. The hostas told us that the wait time is 45 mins to hour wait. We said ok due to the place being Michelin 2025.
So, we waiting for over 3 hours. What we thought was wrong. They were calling people that had a party of 2. I had to go up to the hostas and let him know this was wrong because we were here way before alot of people. When we finally called at 9:38 pm. The server took our order. Then came back and said the kitchen is closing and not taking anymore orders. When we looked around everyone that was left was people that waited at 30 minutes the most. Also the tables they had inside seated a total of 4 people and they had a long table that seat plenty of people. We are family that like to experience different food. But, this place we will not ever go back nor we will recommend to family, friends or even to get together after work.

I love everything about this place and you'll see everyone else does too by the wait time when you get there. Chill vibes and food is amazing!! Chicken wings and the krabby patty are delicious and i usually get get them as my appetizer. then I get the Richie rich ramen bowl to cap it off. Can't forget about the adult beverage either :D

Sounds like the latest review came from someone who thinks the world revolves around them! Sounds like an “honest mistake.” Anyways! As for my experience, everything was fantastic! The wings were incredible, and the wagyu mazamen is my new favorite. Our server, Teddy, went above and beyond. He made my parents feel comfortable and welcomed, especially when explaining the menu since they’d never had ramen before. Great experience all around

I’ve been to this Michelin-star restaurant several times and have always loved the food and the experience. This time, I decided to bring someone special for their first visit, and I was genuinely excited to share a place I’ve talked about so often. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown.
We ordered two chicken ramens, and the dishes were brought to our table without any chicken at all. No one informed us ahead of time that they were out of chicken. Only after we asked why the plates were missing the protein did the server mention they had run out, offering a different dish or protein substitution. For a restaurant of this caliber, this kind of miscommunication is unacceptable.
What made things even worse was the manager’s response. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to diminish the situation as an “honest mistake,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. This wasn’t just a small error — serving incomplete dishes without disclosure is a serious lapse in standards, especially at a Michelin-star establishment.
I was embarrassed and disappointed, especially since I had hyped this place up and wanted this visit to be memorable in a positive way. Sadly, this experience fell far below what I’ve come to expect here.

After spending a few weeks in Japan, I can confidently say this definitely deserves the hype and it’s just as delicious. The black garlic tonkotsu ramen is my favorite, you can really taste the layers of flavor in the broth, and the pork is melt in your mouth. We got bar seats and got to watch the kitchen staff do their thing and it was impressive to watch. We got the Cookie Monster ice cream to finish and the Cookie Crisp on top was super fun!

Easily the best ramen place I have been to in my life. The atmosphere is perfect and the ramen is phenomenal. You can really tell that they take time in preparing and making their broth, noodles, and different ingredients that are carefully chosen for the perfect bowl. Wait staff were kind and welcoming and super helpful throughout our evening. Luckily, we got there 10 minutes before they opened and there was a line of about 20 behind us waiting to get in right as they open. I would say it's 100% worth it to wait in line or wait for a table and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 10/10!

🍜Best Ramen in Orlando🍜
DOMU is my preferred ramen eatery in Orlando. The atmosphere features bar-style seating and a lively atmosphere where you can face directly into the kitchen prep area and watch the food be assembled in real-time.
Praise and publicity from critics mean that DOMU can fill up quickly, so I recommend arriving as close to 11:00 (opening time) as possible. The luncheon menu is a bit more limited than the dinner menu, but most of the popular and best-selling items are included.
The Black Tonkatsu Ramen is my favorite (SHIO PORK BONE BROTH, MENMA, SCALLIONS, AJITAMA, CHASHU, BLACK GARLIC + KOMI OIL). I add bean sprouts and seasoned wood ear mushrooms to the mix. The garlic lingers in the savory, creamy broth, seasoning it without overpowering it. The pork and egg are tender enough to break into pieces and mix into the bowl. I found myself completely filled up--the ramen bowl is a *lot* deeper than it looks!
If you get an appetizer, don't miss the Domu Wings (6 EXTRA CRISPY WINGS COATED W/ KIMCHI BUTTER SAUCE AND SESAME SEEDS). They're tenderly prepared in a crispy, almost orange-chicken-coated shell of deliciousness. The Kimchi Butter Sauce absolutely *makes* it.
After your dining experience at DOMU, head upstairs to Wafu and enjoy a unique, very Instagrammable, Taiyaki-cone ice cream. Happy eating! いただきます!
You won’t find better ramen in Orlando than at Domu. They have a great selection, plenty of possible additions, and a fair price for the quality of food and service you’re getting. Domu is one of my favorites and will continue to be. If you don’t want to wait, make sure to get there a few minutes before they open, as there’s often a line.

You absolutely have to get there early & it’s so worth it. One of my all time favorites. ~*I love you ramen egg~*
Beem several times at domu by now and it is just seriously good. People are nice, food is excellent, if you have to wait for a table extra point for the blonde bartender that isnsuper friendly. Only downside, there can be a long waiting time, so go early.

Domu did not disappoint, loved the shishito peppers. The ramen was fabulous. Tender chashu, crunchy kikurage, and perfect ajitama. Finished off with the matcha ice cream and holy cow, impeccably done. Perfect balance of sweet and earthy. Definitely make it a stop on your food tour of Orlando!
