I had a rough morning and wanted to come in for my lunch break to eat. the atmosphere of the restaurant is kind of cold, but the service made it much better! it was very busy but the waitress still brought me the order instead of just calling it out the coconut curry is very spicy but has lots of amazing flavor. i love the thai style fries, the oil they cook the fries in and whatever the sauce base is GREAT! 🤗🤗🤗
Overall, definitely one of the cuter restaurants in Waterford, especially for price to food, definitely the most appealing and delicious. Probably will be back more often than not for lunch in Waterford.

Tried CHIBI Ramen for the first time a few nights ago and I was impressed! Few things to note: The service was amazing. Jade helped me select an amazing dish (Tonkatsu Ramen bowl without the egg and Bibim fries) and the food came out fresh and downright delicious. The atmosphere is great, the music really helps keep the place upbeat.
9.5/10 and I would recommend the place! Probably not for any family dinners, but for a few friends to hang out and get good food; this place is great.

Came and visited last night and ended up with regrets the next day. For the price you’d expect to leave without fear of sickness but later that night my boyfriend woke up to being sick and now has food poisoning. Unacceptable.

The location and staff were nice but the food gave me really bad food poisoning. Would not recommend.
When I went and got a child ramen ( supposed to be chicken) tasted more like fish and by the next day everyone in my party that had tried it got the same kind of food poisoning. I would never recommend this place, the ramens cold half the time, over priced and there’s gunk and food stuck on their walls so obviously not the most hygienic. The workers were extremely nice and helpful and the pork was good but mostly fat.

First and foremost, this is not Ramen. This is spaghetti and flavored water now if that’s what you like then this place is for you if you’re looking for Ramen go elsewhere this is not it. Save your money don’t let the photos fool you. The restaurant is cute but when you’re going out for food, it’s all about the food and not the restaurant looks.
