Was doing some shopping at the Outlets today, and decided to finally give this place a try at the recommendation of many friends. For at least a year now I’ve been hearing how the wings here are voted best in Orlando, and honestly, I’ve very surprised.

Got there around 1:30 with plans to sit at the bar. Despite it being more than half empty, I waited 30 mins in line outside to be seated per the request of the kid seating people.

They were clearly understaffed because there was one busboy, one server, a bartender pulling double duty serving the outside seats and a food runner for a very full restaurant. Also, another staff member who seemed to just be standing around talking. The bartender was great, friendly, chatty, and great at his craft, despite being short staffed.

On weekends, they only offer a brunch menu during the day, so I ordered both types of wings, since I wasn’t feeling ramen and everything else I wanted to try was not available.

They came out after about 15 minutes. The Domu wings were not very warm and had too much batter on them. They look like big wings, but when you bite into them, you learn it’s mostly the batter. They kept cutting the roof of my mouth, and it took a lot of work to get to the meat. The flavor was not bad but since the chicken was cold, it wasn’t my favorite.

The seasonal flavor was a Yuzu and Citrus pepper. The flavors did not pair well. They were overly salty, and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I did like how they had a variety of seating options: indoor, outdoor, bar seating and some cool chair and couch options at the front to give it a lounge feel. I also really liked the open kitchen.

Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I feel this spot if overhyped. As someone who lives north of the city, I would say it’s de finely not work the drive. Lucky I was already in the area.

It has young & hip vibe with loud music and a big bar at the entrance. It's fusion & the flavors are not as authentic. We ordered the wings, black garlic tonkotsu, & spicy creamy miso. The tonkotsu was much more creamy than the creamy miso. The wings are a popular fish as it's double fried like the Korean style. The portions are small & the drinks all have cute fancy names that come in small glasses.

I was informed about this place by many. Came here because my son is into ramen. Upon arrival, was greeted by the hostess (Sasha) and her vibe already was with an attitude. Not even a welcome. Told us we could not be seated because they close in an hour and allegedly had people to sit. Only saw one couple waiting. It made me question it so I asked for the manager. She got pissy and seemed she rolled her eyes. Cleary unprofessional. Dave came to confirm that I wanted to speak w the manager. Aaron the manager came to speak with me. I shared my thoughts with Aaron and also Dave. I shared that I understood to a degree but the way it was handled by the hostess and with the attitude did not leave a good impression. Keep in mind this industry depends on tips. Also if we would have came 15 min prior to closing, I would have not even attempted to even go to a restaurant. But 1 hour? Aaron saved the day by asking us to wait 10 mins to see if they can get those waiting seated. I compromised and waited. My husband insisted on leaving because he felt the same way but within 10 mins they seated us. We kept is simple when we ordered to keep time in mind. Our waiter David made us feel welcomed and took his time with explaining the menu. Gave us great recommendations and the food did not disappoint. Must try the wings! I didnt do the ramen like my husband and son, but when I saw it and tried it, was super good. Impressed. If it was not for the hostess attitude, I would have given it a 5 stars. Dealing with public is not easy but if you do not like dealing with public, then find something that suites you.

Tokyo ramen and their seasonal cocktails are the ticket. Full send on the kimchi butter wings, too, if you’re really hungry. Crispy as all get out. Awesome service at the bar.

Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere! No wait on a Monday evening and service was quick. We got the domu wings and they were insane! The curry ramen and spicy miso were so yummy too! Can’t wait to come back and try more 💕
