Drafts Sports Bar & Grill

This was a great place with great service, our drinks and food were amazing and the ambiance was just what we needed to wind down after a long day.

Based on the first time was very ecxited to come back, after visiting again service has decreased, long to be seated and depending on the time food is no longer as fresh.

Delicious food, yummy cocktails and great service. My daughter who is 4 enjoyed the bowling too!

Pizza was burnt and tasted like it was from Chuck E Cheese. Very expensive to have crust that tasted like cardboard. My 12 year old son said he could not eat another bite. What kid turns away pizza. Definitely not worth the price. Wish I could get a refund.

We ordered the steak done medium and it was like a shoe, way over done! The mashed potatoes were overcooked and unseasoned and the vegetables was warm coleslaw. We asked for water three times and the waiter finally came with a half a glass of warm water and no ice. Service took forever and wish we had told the manager for our money back.

Don't order steak meal, steak overcooked, sides were cold. A $39 USD steak, is expected to be above average. Not here! Chicken wings were good. This is a pub food restaurant. Overpriced food and drinks. Poor management service when told about the meal, brought our sides to eat while waiting on our steaks, no compensation or discount. Took friends out to dinner, $200.00 plus bill. Might add we were staying at the Westgate resort as owners.

We had a reservation. We waited at the host stand for 10 min to even be recognized. Then we sat at the table for 15 min and no one even came to the table. We looked around and most tables didn't have food, lots of empty cups, and frustrated faces. People looking around and clearly not happy. We ended up just getting up and leaving.

We loved it! Sat us right away! And we loved our waitress Rosa! She was very attentive and got our food and drinks immediately!! We were starving after a day of travel and we were so impressed!! I'm sure we'll eat again there this week!! Thanks Rosa! Hope to see u again!

Food was great, maybe slightly overpriced. Service was a struggle. Sat for 10 minutes before we were greeted. Waited a long time for drinks. Our server was great though.

Service was amazing and the food was delicious. As a Westgate owner, was the 1st time at this bar and grill. Definetely would go back.

Kat was excellent today as a professional server, extremely attentive, personable and welcoming ! Went the extra mile for my eating experience and deserves recognition for relating to her dining customers !!! Great lunch, extras like lemon in water and keeping glass full, and memorable conversation !! 5 stars to Kat !!!!!!!

?George The Waiter was freaking awesome!!! My food was hot!!! Drinks was ice cold and the vibe was excellent ? I was there last Thursday night with my family 8/15/24. 5 Star Experience all the way!!! Great Job ?
