Surprisingly good. This is a Holiday Inn, so don't expect a Michelin Star. But I also didn't expect a pesto-crusted lamb chop to turn out this well. It takes a few shortcuts to flavor, such as parmesan and rich lamb stock, but it works wonderfully, and the lamb had a great crust and the fat was nicely rendered.

The food was phenomenal, we were apprehensive at first bc of all of the dining option around us but this was great!

I was workng at the Holiday Inn for a weekend. Beatriz (Banquet Captain) worked the banquet room with me and was punctual, attentive and accomodating. I made some last minute changes that were quickly received and she made it happen. Thank you for being professional and helpful, we got the job done!
As you walk in the front doors you are greeted by a massive wall of TVs, from local news to national sports it has a Sportsbook atmosphere that you can relax to. ANDY and Kenny behind the bar were great...Andy has a great knowledge of drinks that he can make.
Hotel needs a face-lift. Very friendly front desk staff and helpful also .always greeted you with a warm and welcoming smile. The food in the restaurant sad to say is horrible. First visited the hotel in 2004 and it's 2021 still the same .male server in restaurant had a nasty attitude but waitress Beatriz was totally opposite she made sure she checked all tables offered hot beverages which the male server didn't do.the first day I asked hot tea he looked upset I had to ask 3 times.
Holiday Inn served us very well, good food, good atmosphere. I was being served by Beatriz, she's an amazing person, very warm and humble and friendly attitude, made us feel very comfortable and served us with well with everything we needed. Thankyou Beatriz and Holiday Inn for this warm stay.
I was stranded by a dead battery after returning from a trip on the evening of September 20 and some kind people took me the the Holiday Inn. Which was the perfect place for me to be! I was transitioning between jobs and needed various things printed and a witness to sign, and Eskarly and Nichole were helpful, efficient, and kind. We interacted often during my stay and they always greeted me warmly and offered assistance. Fabio is the shuttle driver and he was determined to help me fix my van. He drove me to my van to pick up a few things and assess the problem, then called a friend to replace the battery for me. (Where I was parked offered zero assistance and were very rude. I do NOT recommend gold park Orlando) Fabio saved me so much time, money, and stress by doing this. Various other staff members checked on me throughout my stay, and that was very comforting. The staff at this hotel work so well together, and I look forward to staying there again when I am in Orlando. And if I travel, I will park at this hotel and use their shuttle to the airport. Thanks again Eskarly, Nichole, and especially Fabio! What you did for me will not be forgotten !
Very freshly remodeled. Nice and clean rooms. BUT at 2:00 am the Fire Alarm sounds and we could not get enough rest. We tried to talk to the manager. They said there is some form of dysfunction that it happens often.
Check in employee very friendly and quick. Lobby was unappealing. Hallways felt like they were not being cooled at all. It was in the 90's outside and the hallways were extremely warm and stuffy. Rooms have a funky decor and furnishings appear very cheap and flimsy. No ice buckets in the room. One plastic cup in the room. A breakfast buffet was advertised at $12.00 per person.

The staff at this hotel is AMAZING! We needed to work with them for a school function that stretched over four weeks, and they were kind, helpful, and accommodating. We did not stay on-site. Instead, we accessed several event spaces. Chef Gio went out of his way to coordinate meals within our allowed budget and bring us snacks. Beatriz is one of the catering managers at the hotel, but she wears SO many hats and served as our main contact. She was so friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. We absolutely LOVED working with this staff, and we hope to be able to work with them for events in the future.
Beatriz and her team have exceeded all expectation, hosting our school group for 4 weeks of academic testing. The conference rooms and galleries were incredibly clean and organized for our use on a daily basis. Beatriz would frequently check on our group to make sure we had everything we needed. Chef Gio took care of us too!! Provided snacks for any hungry students and teachers. We appreciate the wonderful restaurant for also providing affordable lunch plates for our staff between sessions. All in all, I'm confident we will return next year!! THANK YOU to all the staff members who have supported us this spring.
Stayed here Easter Sunday as I had a flight the next morning. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I enjoyed the renovations the new H4 concept is beautiful. Only thing I didn’t like is that they aren’t running shuttles still when all other airport hotels are so I had to pay $10 to Uber. Other then that everything was great
I am a Platinum Elite member. I am a very active business traveler and have been loyal to IHG for the better part of 5 years. This experience will likely send me back to Mar*****. I understand Covid 19 protocols but they have eliminated the airport shuttle, valet, bellman, breakfast, bar service and from what I can tell the cleaning off the common areas all together. This place is a filthy ghost town, I know Covid and all but it was oddly quiet and dirty. Floors clearly are not being cleaned, elevators had shoe prints all over the doors for all 3 days we were there, definitely not being cleaned. Hallways had piles of food/trash swept into the corners which was finally cleaned up on day 3. Day 2 afternoon homeless man charging his phone at the valet stand while were headed to lunch. That evening upon returning from dinner another homeless man with lots of bags was sleeping in the lobby on the right side near the banquet rooms. We did not see any security on the property the entire visit which is odd given the location. Carried a pistol the entire stay. We arrived to the hotel and checked in quickly. Entered the room to a balmy 80 degrees and clearly no air conditioning. No power to wall unit, clearly this room was not inspected that day for arriving guests. Back to the lobby with all of gear (lacrosse tournament trip). Front desk quickly swapped rooms for us, no one checked this room either. It was ok but didn't look great, it did have AC. Bathroom was in rough shape, door did not close correctly but we needed to eat and get moving so we did not swap again. Both nights the AC unit could not get itself situated. It was either 65 degrees or 75 degrees. It would blast for 30 minutes like a jet taking off and then it would blow warm air for a bit. Comforter on, comforter off.... all night... We considered moving to a different property but at that point it would have been a lot of work to move the gear and get situated again. We decided on dinner instead. Day 2 in the room after dinner there were small bugs/tiny ants on the entertainment center but it was late and we did not want to swap rooms again. Lingering marijuana smell all weekend, we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We checked out at 730am Sunday as we were all up because the awful conditions of the room, we were ready to go. Awful stay, no one asked how it was, were we good? Nothing. And there were only a few other rooms occupied. I will absolutely never stay at this location again. I had 4-5 previous stays as it is very convenient to the airport. Awful stay, clean the hotel. Pretend like you care about your business.
We stayed for two nights. The staff was immediately very accommodating and so nice as soon as we arrived. We had no issues at all our entire visit. We loved how clean the hotel was. The rooms were updated and felt like a luxury hotel experience. The continental breakfast was awesome! I loved having a personal server at a continental breakfast, I've never experienced that before. I would 100 percent stay here again if I am ever in the area again. The staff was nothing but pleasant. The pictures provided are very accurate to what you'll see upon arrival.
