The Drunken Monkey is a cozy vegan haven with food that’s as comforting as it is creative. Everything bursts with flavor, and the menu has something for every craving. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff’s kindness makes you want to linger over every bite. A true feel-good spot for great plant-based eats!

Run down and old looking interior in desperate need of a refresh. No gluten free options.

I had the It’s Me Mario and my wife had the vegan Philly. Both were very tasty. Large portions. Iced lattes were also good. I appreciate the soy milk option; a lot of coffee spots just do almond or oat. Nice vibe. We’ll be back.

I dunno, place didn’t really do it for me. Counter service. Insufficient indoor seating (I was there around 10:30am on Saturday and wound up having to take an outdoor table because there were no indoor tables left). Ordered a latte, but they served it in a regular coffee mug with no attempt at latte art. It was also fairly bland. The vegan banana nut brownie was also just ok, texture was not quite as fudgy as I prefer.

The coffee was nothing special and was only warm, not hot. However, I did enjoy a delicious peanut butter brownie!

I took time out of my day to drive to this coffee shop, confirming on Google before I left that the coffee shop closed at 8PM. At the time I purchased coffee and food, around 6:45PM, I was not informed that the shop would be closing early. It was only shortly after I’d sat down to enjoy my coffee and do some work on my laptop that I was informed the coffee shop was closing due to an event. The event organizer confirmed with the barista that it was OK at that point to “kick everyone out,” and then the barista proceeded to play the song Closing Time.

If you like waiting 15 minutes, for mediocre coffee, in a drive through with one car ahead of you, this is the spot for you! If not, skip it and go elsewhere.

I loved the vibes of this place! It’s very cozy and seems like a place great for studying or just chilling. The service was also amazing! Everyone was so nice and patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted. I wish i could say the coffee was good. I got the cold brew and it seemed a little watered down and low quality. I also didn’t see many non vegan options for pastries.

I’ve eaten here multiple times and had delicious food each visit, but most recently (yesterday) I had their pecan pie. Thanksgiving tends to be a bit stressful and a pecan pie break was much needed before the big get together. I appreciate they were open!

I got my order to go. It would have been nice to stay- it seems like a nice place to hang out with a friend and enjoy a pastry or a meal. I ordered the vegan eggplant pesto panini (it might be called something else). It was very flavorful, balanced moisture, and the eggplant was well cooked. It came with a delightful little cup of curry seasoned potato salad. I don't normally eat potato salad but it was a very nice surprise to enjoy. I also ordered the vegan guava pastry and I almost cried it was so good. The pastry was beautifully crisp and flakey but not burnt. The guava jam was also well flavored and a good amount filled the pastry.
