I work in the downtown Orlando area and my coworkers and I are frequent visitors of DT Cafe. Our go to breakfast is the bacon, egg and cheese bagel which is amazing! Even though we get our daily fix at breakfast, that does not stop us from making another visit later on in the day for lunch or a mid day snack. They have an extensive lunch menu and daily specials. My favorite thing to eat for lunch is the egg salad sandwich with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie on the side. Not to mention the owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They are professional, courteous and will always greet and leave you with a smile! If you are in the downtown area stop by a visit DT Cafe!

I ordered a chicken caesar wrap and watched as they microwaved the chicken and bacon. The chicken wasn't real chicken, it was that fake cut up stuff you get in a bag. Very gross food. It was a one and done experience for me.

Is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots in downtown Orlando a convenience store? Yes. It is. But DT Cafe isn't just a little lottery and snack store tucked away in the corner of a plaza inside the Sun Trust Building (the one with the green pyramids on top.) It's also a husband and wife owned cafe that serves damn good food. First of all, they're super nice and hardworking. They care that you like what you order. And in the back of their convenience shop they actually have a tiny kitchen. From there they serve breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, BLTs, pulled pork, sandwiches, etc. In fact, the egg salad sandwich is a home run, especially if you get it with LTO, pickles and bacon. The burgers are tasty. And I have a friend who can crush two BLTs at a time. My recommendation is to call ahead. The lunch rush can get busy. Also, they have specials everyday - ranging from homemade stews, lasagna, soups, salads and more. And the breakfast sandwiches I mentioned are seriously legit. In all, this isn't just a convenience store - although it is really convenient. It's a genuinely respectable deli serving fresh, homemade food with love.

5 Stars on DT Cafe all the way! It's a wonderful family owned business, owners Michelle and Mark are such genuine caring people, they truly LOVE their customers and ENJOY serving them. Their hearts are so much in building relationships and satisfying customers. All their meals are freshly prepared and prices are extremely reasonable. The place is amazingly spotless! They serve sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads and more.I love going there along with my colleagues. Give them a try!

So I never knew this place was here until I was walking with my coworker who ordered food here...I promised the store owner I would be back one day to order breakfast from him, he claimed I would not be disappointed and I was not!! In the photo I ordered the Ham, egg, and cheese croissant and it was delicious! Way better than Dunkin in the morning!My only con, is that it only had one slide of ham, which wasn’t enough for me because I like a good balance, but now I have to try the bacon next!I will be back soon! Thank you again!
