This was a great experience i came here to get donuts for my family since its christmas and the employees there were so sweet and caring they didnt have the donuts i wanted but they helped me choose the better ones and even gave me 6 free for christmas im definitely going to be back

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I ordered my food online, paid for it, drove all the way there just to be told they “don’t have any food” and can’t give me what I ordered. Then they tell me they can’t refund me because there’s no manager until tomorrow. So I’m just supposed to lose my money? That’s ridiculous and feels like straight up theft. I left with nothing after paying, and no one there seemed to care. This place is a joke and I won’t be coming back.

After ordering through the app and paying for my food, I get to the drive-thru just for the worker to look at me and say. We can't make anything that you ordered. Said that some things were frozen and was out of many things. Didn't give me my money back and made me call an number that their box is so full, the call didn't even went through.

I’ve lived in the area for many years and never had an issue at this location until today. My entire order was wrong. My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich came with only cheese. When I asked for it to be fixed, they added small pieces of bacon with barbecue sauce, which is not how it’s supposed to be made. Both drinks were incorrect and tasted like old milk. I ended up asking for a refund. There were also about 10 people in the back just talking and eating while only one person was working.

Disgusting how you treat ppl. You didnt want to give your name but you wear black glasses . Im paying nearly $8 for my coffee and you wouldnt give me the extra shot I paid for . The way you treat ppl is disgusting

If you feel like waiting for 20 mins for your stale donuts, soggy food, and bland coffee, head over. The teenagers who are put in charge daily don’t care at all. Better to drive elsewhere if you want good service.

This location has made several mistakes with my orders on different visits. Yet I’ve continued to come because of the location. After today, I will never be returning. I found a piece of hair in my breakfast sandwich. I attempted to call the store several times to report what I found since I was already on the 417 and could not get anyone to answer.

My first time in this store and Omg what a great costumer service experience I had with the two young man’s that were on schedule thank you guys keep the good work. I hope management read this and congratulate them lots of time management tent to forget to thank there employees when they do good job it motivate them to continue doing good. I will be going back🙂

The service at this Dunkin' used to be good. I’ve worked fast food before so i understand mistakes are made sometimes, but the last few times i’ve been here the staff gets my order wrong every single time. And one of the female managers service is unprofessional. I’ll be going to a different location moving forward.

My daughter and I visit this location daily and are absolutely thrilled about the new management! Jahaira has made a significant impact on overall operations. Orders are created accurately, the staff is always friendly and the drive-thru has been amazing. Prior to her arrival, it was not good at all! Please keep the continuity of this team!
