"under new management". This is literally the slowest Dunkin donuts ever. They average about 10 minutes PER CAR. and this started under their new management. Bring the old ones back, this is awful

Carlos is a great manager and should be appreciated by anyone he works for. I’ve been in business for years and know employees like him are rare and should be made happy to keep them. He keeps all the employees happy and smiles on that faces. He makes it fun to get a coffee or donut everyday.

I was just stopping by she used the restroom. Be it technician on the property that day and my big Ford f750 truck has everything except for a restroom. But before I could leave I had to get myself a iced coffee to go. I really hit a spot there with that 95° day.

Dietary restrictions: You're normally don't go in there because I really want a donut. Is that will bring my blood sugar levels up too high so I go with a diet iced coffee almost every time.

This location keeps screwing up my order. It really annoys me because it really means they’re just not paying attention and they put their donuts in some little box that melted all the frosting to the top of it was very disappointing to open up when I got home, which was less than four minutes away. have to just start checking my order before I leave the driveand quit assuming they actually got it right?

i come here all the time but today my carmel machiatto tasted like it had chemicals in it so they remade it, still tasted the same said they could not provide me with a refund so they made me an iced coffee. this one doesn’t taste like chemicals but it’s just a large cup of milk and sugar. this location fr is the worst & so incompetent. they need help fr

Very bad attention. Terrible service with the app. I ordered 2 dozen donuts and there weren't even enough to give me 6. The worst thing of all is that they have no way to refund my money because that's the app's fault. There is no one to step up to try to solve the problem. What a bad time I'm having with Dunkin. And the costumer service works office hours, how convenient. I don't know why the store is open if they don't have donuts. And the employees are used to the lack of donuts, what bad management of this store that does not seek to solve the problem. I do not recommend this store at all.

Trinity asked what size iced coffee I wanted. I asked "What sizes do you have small, medium and large?" She didn't answer and just rang up a small and walked away. What happened to customer service that used used to exist at Dunkin Donuts?

They only care about the drive thru customers. The people in front of me and I sat at the counter waiting a while, “no acknowledgment, no hello, no give us a few minutes”. An employee finally came to the counter and was a disinterested in being there. Don’t bother with this place. This lack of service seems to be the norm from the other D&D I have attempted to go to!

We hit this location around 5pm. Needed a caffeine boast from coffee to drive for several hours back home. I could understand the lack of food options being late in the day. But the worker seemed confused we would possibly want hot coffee. Then when we paid for the coffee, food and hot chocolate for my son she acted like it was odd to want hot coffee. We even tipped despite the service. But then we got to the coffee we received. It was the worst ever! If you didn't have hot coffee say that! It was barely coffee flavored water! If you said you didn't have it we could have made other arrangements. We got giant nasty hot water! Did not do wonders for the drive after a very long day. I was out for a specialist doctor for my son. Several hours of driving before and after plus the long appointment. Had planned on this being a pick me up before driving in the middle of nowhere for hours. Plus a treat for him. It was a terrible experience! Other locations are so much better. For such a busy area we expected better.
