Horrible customer service. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and they handed the order off to somebody else, then proceeded to tell us they already made the order even though we didn’t get it and that it’s not their fault. Like …. It’s not our fault either we paid?? And then as we were leaving the manager started talking like a hot Cheetos girl, saying, “bye girllll bye girlllll step step were loud were loud” please hire a new manager, or a factory reset, needs a whole new team

Just like most Dunkins. Employee's tell customers they are closed when they have a half hour before the closing time. We were turned away then a few minutes later as we walked past they "allowed" someone to get coffee. This has happened to me so many times with Dunkin all over this country in my travels. Starbucks was happy for my business 100 yards away.

I come here at least 3 or 4 times a week. It had always been a very pleasant experience until today. I was talking to the girl that was taking care of me when a woman named Jasara came from the back as rude as she could be. I think this is the first time I leave anyone a bad review, however her behavior was uncalled for. She even yelled at me in front of the other customers. It was ridiculous. I hope this was only a one day thing cause they lost my business if not. She needs to be in the back somewhere and not taking care of customers.
Terrible place, they charged me for a glass of water, they didn't have all the sizes for the coffee and worst of all the cappuccino and the macchiato looked like a regular coffee with milk. Not to mention that they didn't want to change them for what I asked for. A theft

I ordered a coffee and donuts from the kiosk, which was easy enough. A minute later my number was called. They made me three coffees. I told them I only ordered 1. A lady with glasses then asked me why I ordered three, and I responded by saying I only ordered 1. She then asked in a smart tone, “well, you ordered three on the machine.” I told her it’s a mistake, I only entered one. She kept holding up the order ticket saying I ordered three. I felt she was needlessly escalating a simple problem into accusing me of being an idiot. I just walked away and I could still hear her saying I don’t know how to order. It took a lot of restraint just to walk away without making a scene over something so dumb.

Quick service, tasty food.I love that they have the easy order kiosks, helped me to skip the line.Only issue was that it wasn’t clear to me when my drink was ready and I had to go a little upstream in the line to get it.Breakfast sandwich was delicious.Gotta love done good Dunkin Midnight and tasty eats to power you through the morning!

Hi , I just had an INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL interaction with one of the most unprofessional employees in your organization. He blatantly called me an IDIOT and then when I asked EXCUSE ME what did you say to me ? He told me i need to get smarter and learn how to use the booth machine that’s is in front of the Dunkin’ Donuts. I immediately requested for an a manager and guess who it was MR ARDVIn. The same one that called me a IDIOT. You have under your nose a very angry little man with a power trip …he is a are very unprofessional and a disgusting human being, that should not be speaking to to customers in that manner and definitely not be a manager if that is the way Dunkin’ donut ls runs their business with people like that you will never be as good as Starbucks . I will be writing. A formal complaint form to send into Dunkin’s donuts corporate regarding his attitude and the words he chose to belittle me. HORRIBLE SERVICE
