As an Uber eats driver my Custer asked if I could pick up a cup of ice with an order.
Asking for a cup of ice with order turned into a .50 cents additional charge.
I offer to pay for it and could not even do that because clerk assumed it was for my personal use.
I show her my phone with my clients request
It just was offensive and time consuming.

The driver thru experience was pathetic.i ordered hit chai latte for which they gave iced. The server was Yelene, he then redid the hot latte but it was not even luke warm. Poor experience overall. Please do yourself a favor by not visiting this shop

My cold brew was mostly cream and sugar with very little coffee, but Robbie fixed it with a smile. My mom’s coffee is never right and he also made hers perfect for her.

My local Dunkin, it's remodeling, so I was coming here until I read the comments. The only reason why I'm leaving a comment is so someone can see it and do something about this. I will not be coming there

Owner of this restaurant, or its employees, is defrauding customers based on my previous multiple purchases.

I recently discovered that this location was doing a “hidden” up-charge for lemonade despite the fact that their refresher drinks are posted with a selling price of $4.89 with lemonade.

Unknowingly, I made repeated purchases of this same drink for weeks before finally noticing on my receipt an additional up-charge in addition to the posted menu price for the refresher with lemonade.

The owner has been defrauding (putting it nicely) customers for as best I can tell, weeks to possibly months based on my purchases by sneaking in a hidden fee not on the menu board.

This restaurant has claimed upwards of $20 of “hidden” lemonade “fees” from me based on this hidden charge over the course of a month or two.

I asked the employees about the extra charge on my last visit and asked it to be refunded and was told no, they just push a button for a refresher with lemonade and can’t do anything about it. I asked why they don’t update the menu board to reflect the higher price and was told it’s been like that for months.

I would not recommend this store at all. Imagine a customer walking in and taking a $1-$2 item and walking out the door, the cops would be called. This restaurant is doing the exact same things to customers and are selling items at a higher price that what is posted.

4 employees standing at drivethru window. Waiting on 1 person. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order then get attitude like I am bothering them. Yes they all saw me when I walked in. Yes I requested assistance.

So you tell me at the window on the drive thru that I have to walk in, an the bag is sitting right in front of you. Wow. Some people have no customer service skills, then when I walk thru the door you hand me the bag. Won't except anymore orders from here.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. We pulled up to order at the window and it was as if we bothered them by being a customer. No chocolate frosted donut. We asked for a bagel and egg meal. We pay, missed a hash brown and she tells us there’s no meal. Very rude customer service. Asked for another hash brown. They make us pull up to wait and never brought them out. My husband has to walk in to go get them. The hash browns were stale. Bagels stale. The parking lot to get in was full of pot holes. Huge ones. Waste of money coming here. This place should be shutdown.

Food in horrible conditions!!!! Do not pass by if you want to eat something fresh and that is not old!!!! Service more than horrible too, if you want to have your food fast and receive a good treat this is not the right place to come. I will not come back here again!!!! We ordered 4 chicken bell pepper wraps and 6 orders of hash browns only to give us 4 orders of hash browns, 3 black pepper bacon wraps when we went inside to correct the order they said they didn’t have any chicken bell pepper wraps mind you the place was packed with people who’s orders were wrong as well. Why on earth would they charge us for something we didn’t order without speaking to us about it. We did not get refunded and we will never go back to that Dunkin ever again!!

The employees there are so rude and lazy and untrained. Food was burned AND cold. It’s too much for them to customize drinks, “not allowed” and many things unavailable ordering at 9:45AM.
