The attitude from the staff was terrible, especially the sandwich maker. They seemed ready to argue for no reason. Personal issues should never be taken out on customers.

Friendly service. But very disorganized causing slow service, some cold food and a near miss on a part of my order. My sandwich was nice and warm. My hash browns were cold. They forgot to give us our donuts until we checked our order and let them know. Took us nearly 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. We first went inside but could tell how slow things were moving. So went thru the drive thru where there were only 4 cars in front of us. 30 minutes later we had our food. We should have stayed in line inside. One car behind us left the line because it was taking too long. I’m hoping this helps the owner/manager to create a better service experience, not bash them. Wish I’d read other reviews before stopping in this morning. Not at all the Dunkin experience I was hoping for. Overall bad quality from the service to the food to the cleanliness to the parking lot. I will NOT be returning to this location.

For the amount of business this location receives (being so close to the theme parks) you’d think Dunkin would invest more money into it. The employees need proper training and more care needs to be put into the appearance of the location and the parking lot - so many potholes!

I only ordered a bagel egg, cheese and bacon sandwich and the bagel was so hard. Locals and tourists do not visit this location - you’re better off driving somewhere a little further than dealing with this.

I just moved here from Tennessee and the food is always fresh and my coffee is always on point. Thank you all for your great customer service and for keeping the store clean. I ordered the 6$ meal deal no bacon on my croissant. Iced coffee 5 pumps of vanilla bean add oat milk. Chefs kiss. The 1 star reviews are very misleading I think everyone should come here there self and try the food. Being in customer service is not easy and you can tell they work very hard. 💜

I went through the drive-through and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who began taking my order. I told him I wanted a large chai with no ice and an apple fritter. In the middle of me ordering, a rude female employee interrupted and said, “You need to have ice in that.” I explained politely that I did not want ice, but she insisted and continued to argue. She then started loudly complaining, saying things like “I hate these customers, they’re rude” and “This is ridiculous,” all while I was still trying to order.

I had not even finished placing my order. I actually intended to order a wake-up wrap and several other items for the office, but she continued complaining instead of letting me complete it. Eventually, she shoved the bag at me, was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction, and made the experience very unpleasant.

Her behavior was unacceptable. I was polite and respectful, but she treated me poorly and even served me a half-full cup because I requested no ice. I left at that point because the situation had become too frustrating.

I will be calling later to speak directly with management, but I am also submitting this written complaint because this employee’s behavior does not reflect well on your business. If she cannot handle customers in a professional manner, then she should not be dealing with the public.

Need to teach your staff good hospitality principles.

As an Uber eats driver my Custer asked if I could pick up a cup of ice with an order.
Asking for a cup of ice with order turned into a .50 cents additional charge.
I offer to pay for it and could not even do that because clerk assumed it was for my personal use.
I show her my phone with my clients request
It just was offensive and time consuming.

The driver thru experience was pathetic.i ordered hit chai latte for which they gave iced. The server was Yelene, he then redid the hot latte but it was not even luke warm. Poor experience overall. Please do yourself a favor by not visiting this shop
