I went here with my mom and our cashier, Rose was really great! She engaged in conversation with us and reminded me to scan my app for points. She even went above and beyond and got my donut before handling cash, which I thought was really sweet!

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been, unfortunately this is the closest to my apartment but I prefer to drive further than to stop by here ever again. I’ve been here more than 10 times and there’s always something broken or out of stock. You have to repeat your order 100x times because the microphone never works, the employees looks like they are always mad at you, they don’t even greet you or say anything else besides the price that you have to pay. Food is always burnt or undercooked. Please avoid this location!!

10:16am , 10/23/24 I came back to switch out my macchiato for a small cup of coffee, the macchiato was way to sweet despite me asking only for one pump, I thought a cup of coffee would be the easiest thing for them to make I didn’t wanna cause too much trouble. It wasn’t busy and I apologized and asked kindly for a cup of coffee in exchange for the macchiato I didn’t drink, and Sharkisha just said in a flat tone “pull up” so obviously from having to drive 15 mins back and only ask for a cup of coffee kindly and to have that kind of response I got annoyed. Nonetheless I pulled up and she had her back facing me and says “Oh she just looks like she’s ready to complain” , when the ghet- Sharkisha saw me she was like “Oh” I kindly still asked for a coffee and she was rude and disgusting. She even smelled please have your employees shower. Thanks
Andrea and Brianna were so helpful. They loaded up my hashbrowns, made the perfect coffee, made the perfect croissant, and they never forget my extra cheese. They are beyond stellar at their jobs! There’s 2 Dunkin’s right next to me and they are the reason I come to this one!!

I came to the drive thru and the guy that’s taking orders states “what do you want”? No hello welcome to Dunkin, No customer service skills what so ever. I’ve been to multiple Dunkin locations and this location is very unprofessional. You don’t treat your customers this way and especially dedicated customers.
This for $4 is kinda crazy.
