Using their app makes it very easy to get your order, unless there is someone in front of you not using it! Then, you wait in line!

Small Gem of a Dunkin, Great service, swing in before mall trips is a must. Coffee was made perfect, I will be back for sure,....only 3 small tables to sit,. So thats the only negative if you want to hang out, I dont have internet where I live so I like to go and have a dedicated spot to sit.

Every time I go here it’s a terrible experience. I worked at dunkin for years. Whoever is managing this store needs serious training for the staff. Every single time they have messed up my order, didn’t have it ready, are rude, and take a long time. I placed a mobile order today. Drive thru extremely backed up so I went inside. Nothing ready. The for at the food said I’m just gonna have to wait. She made my sandwich wrong. I asked her before taking it if it was correct. I watched her make it wrong. She flat out lied and didn’t remake it.

Waste of money and absolutely terrible experience here.
I spent over AN HOUR here with only two card in front of me. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I approached the window not only were they out of many things but they did not want to let me make changes to the order because of the things they were missing. When I ordered something completely different they also upcharged me for an order they got wrong and an item I did not receive. They were also complaining about the ONE car that went through the drive through behind me. When I asked for utensils, the man completely ignored me multiple times.

so not only was I upcharge $2 for something I did not get, I paid $8 for an order they got completely wrong. waste of time and money.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in the city. I’ll drive out of my way from now on to go somewhere else.
They are always super slow, the staff has an attitude, and drinks are rarely correct. How does a hot latte come to me ice cold?!

This dunking is not to bad in fact its one of the better ones we have been to but still lacks a bit. I do recommend this one its not to busy so you will get your food pretty fast

I was in line for over 20 minutes, went to the window and asked him if someone could take my order. They were very disrespectful. They would not take my order. The manager was very disrespectful. There was a tall lady that was being very disrespectful. I had a Detective tell me and give me his card that he was a witness to how they treated me so I’m gonna contact corporate. They all should be fired on this shift. Today’s date is October 15 and it is 916. This incident occurred at 9 o’clock

I decided to stop by this location to grab a bite to eat and a beverage. The self-kiosk was a great feature, but ultimately I had to order through the app to redeem my $2 wrap promo (It's been awhile since I've last used the app, had to login to that real quick). Aside from that, the overall experience was not bad, but a calm and easygoing one

5 people walk past me looks at me but does not acknowledge. Finally one person does says will be right with me, like finally but continues even looks to log in to to register. Nope then all hope for service fails again as walks away. Great leadership they have. Training in Customer Service highly needed.
