As it is possible that Dunkin goes from bad to worse every day, I buy my cold coffee every day in this town, but they always have bad service, they never give what you need, they do what they want, at first glance you can see that it is not an ice coffee like I ordered it and my colleagues are not the only one who comes like this, they sell water with cream, practically the coffee is not noticeable at all, day by day it gets worse, the person is arrogant, they never serve as they should, he rated it with a star because it doesn't deserve a good rating, sometimes They make a mistake, they give hot coffee and you correct them, what they do is they put ice in the hot coffee and that is their solution,

Wow how is Duncan still open??? Every one I go has rug rats working there. This one the food was horrible and the guy had a hickey on the side of his neck just nasty looking as hell and I’ll never go back. Do better Duncan or you’re going bankrupt!!!

They gave me dry munchkins! Must have been left over from the day or two days before. I attempted to call but the phone is going straight to voicemail and the voice machine is full. There's always something wrong with my food from this location. I stopped going to this location and now I will just refrain from spending my money here.

With positive personalities and beautiful smiles, always make sure my day is started off GREAT!!! With nothing less then INCREDIBLE let me tell you INCREDIBLE Coffee Skills. These woman are Diamonds ? in the Coffee world. And I know Coffee. I MUST say Thank you, Ms. Pamela and Ms. Cindia for always making my day start out RIGHT every time. You are very appreciated. Always running out of bagels, bacon, hash browns, donuts. My order is wrong most of the time and my drinks are never full. Finally changing my route into work to stop at a different location for my breakfast run. Complaining to corporate does not work. Dunkin’ Donuts does not return emails.
This is the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. Lazy employees who said through the drive thru that they don’t have donuts. It’s only 10 am for them to run out so fast. Go inside and guess what? There’s enough donuts for the order I wanted and more. My experience gets worse but I’ll share more details if management reaches out.
