Placed a mobile order for pick up, I get there and they tell us to cancel our order because they didn’t have one doughnut out of the 6 items we ordered. They expected us to cancel the whole order for one missing donut and the forgot a sandwich completely. The worst customer service at any Dunkin’ Donuts ever.

Don't waste your time or money here. I went to this location and got 2 drinks, a sandwich, bagel, bagel bites and hash browns. Drink doesn't taste right, tastes bitter and flavorless. The bagel was burnt and stale, my friend said the sandwich tasted burnt and stale, and the hash browns tasted burnt with one that didn't seem like it was cooked at all. Horrible service, wasn't given a receipt, don't go to this location. Would give lower rating if I could.

Disappointed! The food was not warm. The donut had a horrible smell and taste. Like it was in very old oil or that the powder sugar was in some kind of chemical. This is the second time this month about the donut. Please fix these problems.

I have been calling the store since five something a.m. to let them know that the food was cold. The only thing that was warm was the coffee, hash brown thingies were cold and they feel greasy and old, my sandwich was cold too. I just want either my money back or I want my remake. The wicked tin was missing munchkins!!!! To top it off the phone lines don’t work and they didn’t give me my receipt but I did scan my reward card so it’s on there.

Arrived during lunch hours and service was great. Angela did a good job taking our orders and timely.
So stopped by in between my meetings to catch up on some work. Thought I'd find a find a place to use the internet, stay cool from the heat and enjoy some coffee and donuts. Well, this location was literally the worst place for what I was looking for. After ordering my coffee and donut, I sat down to get some work done. Nope! The internet was down. Fortunately, I was able to Hotspot from my phone. But dang. Why was it so hot in here? When I asked one of the staff if they could lower the temperature, she gave me this look... Then explained to me that they have no control over the ac. It's cool in the kitchen or their work area but they knew the lobby was was hot. She's been working there a few weeks and it's been this way for a while. No wonder I was the only customer! How can anyone run a cafe or restaurant in Orlando with bad AC? So no wifi, no ac. I took my drink and donuts to go. Pretty disappointing.

i never go to dunkin but a friend had taken me and i just want to say wow the coffee is actually great and the lady angela was very patient/helpful and so sweet. god bless her, it was busy and she still took her time to answer the questions i had. food came out quickly too, great location!! thank you angela you were amazing and bc of you im coming to dunkin more <3

As it is possible that Dunkin goes from bad to worse every day, I buy my cold coffee every day in this town, but they always have bad service, they never give what you need, they do what they want, at first glance you can see that it is not an ice coffee like I ordered it and my colleagues are not the only one who comes like this, they sell water with cream, practically the coffee is not noticeable at all, day by day it gets worse, the person is arrogant, they never serve as they should, he rated it with a star because it doesn't deserve a good rating, sometimes They make a mistake, they give hot coffee and you correct them, what they do is they put ice in the hot coffee and that is their solution,
