The worker was nice at first and he offered to fix my frozen coffee because it was chunky but he gave it back and it was still crunchy ..I just told him it was good to avoid confrontation because he rolled his eyes as I came back around and mentioned what was wrong with my drink! Sad I wanted Dunkin’ all day just to get this crunchy coffee it’s ok ig right?..NO ITS NOT!

Lobby is mobile order only. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes after placing my mobile order before somebody came out & asked me about my order. Stood there another 10 minutes for 2 coffees. Absolutely ridiculous service. The drive thru isn't busy, there are no other customers or orders in here. Don't recommend unless you want to spend your whole day here.

What a terrible idea to make this old broken down building a Dunkin Donuts. There is no lobby to go into, only mobile and drive through. The drive through is so narrow that multiple cars have smashed every curve and corner possible. Imagine going there for a $4 box of munchies and paying a $500 car insurance deductible instead. What were they thinking???

A very nice place but with thief staff I have always picked up my coffee and I have been robbed twice already I tried to make my claim the racist man does not return anything oh he collects the money and does not mark it on the receipt I definitely do not recommend it
What a mess. The design of the building is a disaster that you may struggle to fit your car round the drive thru. There is no actual store to enter as an alternative. And the coffee was dire, tasted like instant. Go to another branch.

how I visit this place on May 1, 2024 in order a dozen donuts and I am being told that at 2:55 PM they do not have enough donuts for a dozen. How was that possible this is Dunkin’ Donuts that is crazy. How are there not enough donuts for an order of one dozen super disappointed but honestly not surprised. This location is always a hit or miss on supplies and and what they have and what they don’t have so.

? Donuts leave much to be desired! Sprinkles and artificial color does not make a product worth eating! There's a reason on any given day you can count the customers with one hand on the store on Orange Blossom Trail!
