The worst in the whole country. This is an abuse of both the customers and the company. I was there today at 4:00 pm. The door was open, but there was no one inside. I knocked on the doors, I called out to see if anyone would come out, but no one answered. Then other customers arrived, and still no one came out to serve them. After 5 minutes, I went outside to look for a Wawa or a Starbucks, and the employees were standing outside talking to each other, a skinny young man and a girl. When they saw me, they didn't do anything. They just laughed among themselves.

An associate making food has a very bad attitude. Asked extra toasted bagel and she had a fit that she had to remake the food as the asst manager didn’t bother to say anything to the associate. Bad service.

My advice is to go to another Dunkin' if not double-check your order because they won't.

Avoid !!!!! Worst Dunkin I ever been too. They take forever to bring your order out when they tell you to park. Don’t get your orders correct. When you tell them the order is wrong, they get catch an attitude with you! Been here 3 times in a row thinking that they are just having a bad day, but no. This place is trash! They also gave me less coffee because I asked for less ice.

The service was terrible. The girl who took my order was slow and sleepy. I ended up waiting a long time for my coffee and received hot instead of cold. And they made it to sweet

15 minutes to serve me a hot chocolate! Never again. They need more people. Something else.
They spend too much time worrying about how long someone is in the drive through. Focused way to much on the timer. And completely lacked customer service. As a customer, while im trying to decide what id like to get for my team at work, i shouldnt have to hear you are on my timer repeated to me. On top of it, the building looks like a run down car wash with a new sign on it and i got old crusty looking donuts. This experience was just sad and they should be embarrassed.

Charisma took care of us in the drive thru and she was just amazing. My son loved her and even insisted I leave a tip. The donuts were all yummy. Will return.

I placed an early morning order for my work team, and when I arrived to this Dunkin Donuts, my order was already ready. I was pleasantly greeted at the drive-thru speaker, and drive-thru, by an employee named Charisma; she was so pleasant, and upbeat. A good example of how Dunkin Donuts employees should be everyday, especially so early in the morning.

You wait to order and they never answer. I came when they open up in the morning at 5am and the guy said it’s closed. SMH please fix this location

This location the food is awful. I can't believe they wanted be to pay for cream cheese to be spread on my bagel. What has happen to customer and employee service? My bagel was like chewing fake bread. I always wanted to know what kind of bread they serve because it doesn't taste like a real bagels.
