We did a mobile order and still have not gotten our order. When we did finally get our order it was cold. We will never be back. Hopefully people read reviews before going to this location.

I went in the drive through and was served by Ari. She was very sweet you can tell she works hard. There was a guy in front of me who was extremely rude to her and impatient. Ari is not the issue here. The issue is the poor management not scheduling enough staff to support the store. This store is lucky to have Ari with them.

A very uncomfortable experience. I repeated myself three times for a very simple order, went over it, had no changes or additions to any items, and they still typed the order wrong. The cashier, Maddy, was being a little passive aggressive - asking “what 🧐 a muffin?” when I ordered my sandwich as a muffin, then proceeding to ask me whether I want it on a muffin…raising her voice and asking another customer sarcastically: “if there’s coffee in a latte?…Yes, there’s coffee in a latte”. There are no stupid questions, and there should be not even a hint of attitude towards customers if you are working in customer service - coming from someone who has worked in customer service in the food industry. If you are tired and cranky, drink a coffee :)
The manager slammed my corrected order down in front of me after a long wait, not even a smile, “sorry for the wait” or a “here you go”. The rest of our iced drinks tasted a little watered down after the long wait. Food was a bit below standard.
Throughout all of this we had a good attitude, were polite and spoke kindly. We didn’t receive the same treatment. What terrible personality types to hire, especially for a coffee place - the first faces some people meet during their day, or in the afternoon, should be helpful and smiling.

It's really sad to go to a place that specializes in donuts, and they are half empty in donuts. They said the flavors did not come in about 10 different flavors.

things you could do While waiting in line At this Dunkin... Read the entire Bible, watch the Lord of the rings trilogy, knit sweaters for your entire family, and cook an entire thanksgiving dinner...... In all seriousness they must be very under staffed at this location...
Like this place is ridiculous, avoid at all cost if you have to be somewhere and you need a quick cup of coffee, you will be late a half hour later, if you have time to play with then by all means waste your life away at the drive thru and don’t dare to order inside, but other then that if your time is meaningful to you then avoid avoid avoid!!!
I usually only write good reviews if I leave a review but this is literally the worst Dunkin. The 7 times I’ve come here there’s always a 5 minute wait when you get to the order box when there isn’t anyone in line, they are always out of cold brew at any time of the day. They are working like snails over there I don’t understand why this is the slowest laziest Dunkin
