Worst attitude The drinks were horrible Full of foam and then when I asked the employee Why was my drink empty and Full of foamShe tells me it's a capuchino when I ordered a latte And proceeds to put gold milk into my cup and hands it right back.

Ordered an iced nutty pumpkin, 1st time was given the wrong drink, 2nd day guy at drive thru had no idea what it was. Also ordered hot coffee, was barely warm and tasted horrible, threw it out. Place needs serious attention.

Absolutely terrible experience. They don’t know what a latte is. Instead they gave me steamed milk. What a joke. Train your staff next time. I was a big fan, but Dunkin has officially lost a loyal customer.

My Bagel Had Literally no cream cheese On it I asked for cream cheese they didn’t put it on there The hashbrowns were good My sandwich looks like everything is smacked on there We’re not coming back. Look at the pic.

would give zero stars if I could.

this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 mins. no apology. drinks died waiting for them. just a terrible experience. the workers look overworked and underpaid. one time I saw a person being trained to make drinks and the person training was leaning on the wall, arms crossed, looking miserable.

they never completely give you your order, you always are missing something.

THIS DUNKIN SUCKS.

I’m just curious, with all of the reviews being one star, does the GM even look at them and intend to make this a better location????? Seems to be no progress. Terrible managers

The service is horrible they not friendly don’t smile look very miserable and by time you get your Order at the drive thru window you will see several extra fees and speciality charges. The up charge is ridiculous and the Quality of the product is poor I ordered whipped cream on my ice caramel macchiato and they gave me basically a squirt on top and charged me for a swirl “ whatever that is” our donut order was wrong so either they charged us for someone else’s order or they have poor listening skills. We was visiting for our family vacation and we will definitely make this a definite NO for this Dunkin’ Donut location.

Order online this morning at 10:26am and then went through the drive through and waited a total of 45 minutes to receive my order completely wrong. The next time I am in Orlando I will definitely not go to this Dunkin Donuts.

WORST Dunkin' I've ever been to. All the other reviews are correct when they say this is the slowest location EVER. You want to wait 40 minutes to an hour in the drive through of 5 cars? This is your place.

I really hate to do this, but I feel like I have to share my experience with the Dunkin' Donuts on Darrell Carter Parkway and Palm Parkway in Orlando. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt time and time again, but it’s been consistently disappointing.Orders are often wrong, sizes are mixed up, and the drinks are almost always terrible. This morning was the tipping point for me – we waited for over an hour in the Drive-Thru, which is just not acceptable. And, I might add, they gave us no utensils and no napkins either.I’m genuinely sad to say this, but I’m going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau because I feel something needs to be done. The management and staff need to improve to meet the basic expectations of their customers.To anyone considering visiting this location, I’d advise against it. You risk wasting your time and money. It’s a real shame, but until things change, I’d recommend going somewhere else. There's a Foxtail nearby that is always great.

This location always cries that they need people. Manager here gave some one I know an interview, at palm parkway location, but it seems that they don’t hire white people. Call me crazy but that’s what it seems like. Enjoy your revolving door of unprofessionals
