I went in the drive through and was served by Ari. She was very sweet you can tell she works hard. There was a guy in front of me who was extremely rude to her and impatient. Ari is not the issue here. The issue is the poor management not scheduling enough staff to support the store. This store is lucky to have Ari with them.
Dunkalatte. Amazing. My partner loved it. My coffee was great too. Would go back for drinks no problem. The food really poor though and especially the grilled cheese sandwich. Bread too thick, not toasted on the bottom and not enough cheese. Don’t buy. The donut not fresh at all and the bacon and egg with hash browns just average and microwaved. I would return for drinks but nothing else. I also wanted more donuts but didn’t know the varieties. I asked twice but couldn’t...
I made a mobile order and probably got there too early so I was fine waiting by the window at the drive thru and saw them picking out my donuts so no problem.
Gentleman named Mike came up with and said he was glad I had a smile on my face for the wait and upgraded my frozen drink to the next size for it. Wasn’t needed but much appreciated boost of caffeine! I will be back again :)
