If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, this is your spot. Employees act like customer service is a chore they didn’t sign up for — sighs, attitude, zero effort. Orders are wrong more often than they’re right and the lattes taste like they were made out of spite. Cleanliness and care? Invisible.

Rude employees that act like they have somewhere better to be. I go here once in a while because it’s near my home. When it’s good, it’s good for the price. But be ready for burned or wrong coffee like half the time and they get food orders wrong frequently too. The worst part are the employees who just don’t give a rats

It's clean, it's quick, and it's good. And the guy behind the counter is the most astute and respectful guy I've ever seen behind the counter.

I placed a mobile order at this Dunkin (1018 E Colonial Dr) and went through the drive-thru like normal. The worker told me, “you’re not supposed to come for 5 minutes after ordering — it runs up our time.” I wasn’t rushing them, I just wanted to use my points!
Got home to find my sandwich completely burnt. Like… BLACK. If I had just ordered at the speaker instead of using the app, would I have gotten better service and edible food?

I come through every morning and order my medium ice coffee and ice water and they’re always so nice and friendly. Definitely gotta give this store kudos for its customer service.

This is my go to Dunkin cause it’s the closest one to my house and this is the second visit that I’ve had since they’ve opened that I’ve been so incredibly disappointed. Came up to the window and they were out of medium size cups by 845 in the morning, so then just get my coffee and have half the ingredients taste as though it’s missing, (asked for vanilla coffee with cream and sugar). I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or a rush issue but regardless, I’m hoping for better service next time.

We just finishing ordering here at 1018 Colonia Dr. Orlando FL. A tall medium, heavy set afronan american lady, long hair to the waist in a penny tail, I am sorry for the description, no name tag, and her co-worker refused to give me her name, very rude. I read some surveys and have the same issue. I have never thought to experience such a disrespectful situation, she walked away while I was ordering because of my accent.

I don’t like to post bad reviews because I work in an industry that takes pride in their reviews. But I sent my daughter to grab coffees and bagels, she asked for two bagels one toasted with cc and one not toasted with cc and they were both hard as a rock, I couldn’t even bite into it. I couldn’t give that to my youngest she would chip a tooth. The coffee was cold and didnt have the right amount of sugar. I know things happen but the bagels should have been fresh, I am very disappointed in this location. It was around 11:50am. I literally just wasted money on food that isn’t edible.

I went here this morning for a quick coffee and was greeted with the worst customer service experience. The drive thru team were incredibly rude, they did not greet me and responded with attitude to a simple question about Dunkin products. Also, the staff couldn’t stay off their phones while preparing my order.
If you want good coffee, vibes & customer service, visit Lineage across the street. If you love Dunkin, go to the location on E Colonial & Bennett Rd. Plus, they have bigger pup cups.

Whoever is working today on July 10th at 11:45 am needs to be FIRED . I have never experienced someone so rude. We pulled up with no cars behind us and after her asking what we want, we very kindly said “one second we’re looking at the menu” she said “man- ain’t nobody got time for that” in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. Time for what? That’s your job and no one else is in the drive through… We immediately left. Horrible customer service

Wrong order, terrible service, people talking to me on the phone while they’re trying to prepare my food and then giving me the wrong stuff. I really wish places like this took a little bit more pride so they would stay open. It’s convenient to have in the neighborhood.

Every time I come here whoever is working the window has the best vibes. It’s so refreshing and a reminder that there are kind people out there. Not to mention my coffee always tastes amazing. I look forward to stopping in
