This Dunkin donuts is very gross , not clean , machines have milk all over and the people working absolutely not aware of anything going on . to bad because probably would make alot more money if the counters were wiped

very good and convenient place to wait if you want to pickup somebody from airport or if you have to drop somebody off at Orlando airport, since there is lot of customers , the staff are bit occupied. Otherwise all in one place gas food restrooms. They even have arrival and departure boards..

$4.78 total for a Medium Tropical Guava Lemonade Refresher are you kidding me!🤦♂️ it said it was $3 dollars, or at least that is how DD is advertising it, and It wasn’t even that great. Prices are too high. I saw the guy serving it from what it looked like a concentrated Guava carton container then he added water although I ask for lemonade. You could probably buy the whole concentrated gallon container at the supermarket and prepare it at your house for the same price I paid for a medium cup, and it probably would taste a lot better. What is wrong with Dunkin' Donuts Franchising LLC. By the way, staff at this place are not very friendly and sharp. 😞 DD just lost a customer forever! Will never go back to a Dunkin Donuts ever again in my life. Seriously DD should closed their businesses forever, this world deserves something better than Dunkin!

Employees are too busy with maintenance and cleaning issues to stop that activity to wait on customers. Very poor level of customer service, both taking and delivering items to the customer. Additionally, Employee preparing customer's order was handling a mop bucket, then went back to preparing the order without washing their hands. More training is obviously necessary.

Horrible customer service I work at the airport I buy breakfast every weekend I usually get the same thing if not I’ll switch it up & the manger seems to always have an issue with my order anytime I come .
Nice place to wait if you are picking someone up with a delayed flight. They have lots of places to work on your laptop.

I told the barista Paris to have fun and add whatever to my iced chai and it came out superb 👌 Quick service and delicious while waiting for flights to arrive

When I arrived, three employees were wiping down the counters, and no one acknowledged me. It took a while before someone came over, and even then, there was no greeting—just a blank stare. I mentioned I wanted to reload my app balance before ordering, and the employee simply said, “I don’t know how that works,” and left it at that. The drink was mediocre and watered down. The service was poor, and the place felt unclean. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. The only real reason to come here is convenience, not quality.

Staff was very distracted and unprofessional. Employees were speaking on the cell phone while we were waiting to get service. Language was disrespectful as I had a child with me. This used to be a stop I made. Today was my last. Good luck. Hopefully staff can aquire some customer service skills.
