Iām standing in here right now as iām writing this. There is nobody in the store , I have been standing here for 10 min and nobody has come out from the back. I called the store number and I have been saying excuse me and nobody is coming.

Sign of our modern day dystopia, I guess, when a cubicle worker parts with some cash for a bit of breakfast and as it turns out, a smear of cream cheese isn't what it used to be. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location: and I swear, never again. I ate my bagel with its hint of cream cheese ruefully. Dunkin; you have made a fool of me for the last time.
Sad thing is; it didn't used to be like this. It happened when the old crew disappeared . I wonder why they were done away with? Too much of a free hand with the cream cheese?

The morning crew here is always on their A-game. They get it done as fast as they can, with only two employees it looks like. Reminds me of the quick, no nonsense Dunks from back home in Boston.

I went in with my toddler yesterday around noon and the guy that was there (I believe his name was Alvin) was all by himself. He managed to get everyoneās orders fast and was very kind and apologetic about the wait. Thank you for the great service!
