I go to this Dunkin a few times a week. The staff is always friendly and quick with the orders. I'd go out of my way to visit this store over the others I've been to. Highly appreciate and recommend this location! Dunkin has the best coffee!!!

The BEST matcha latte I’ve ever had at Dunkin’!! 🤩 The lady who made my drink was so sweet and kind. Their donut was great, and everyone there was super friendly. I don’t know why this location has so many bad reviews but I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I come to this shop sometimes on my way to work, and this morning with my kids I had the worst experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I don’t even write reviews but to be this disgusting in front of kids is crazy to me. I was rushed through my order, and the guy who seemed to be a supervisor was very rude and obnoxious the whole time. Sucking his teeth at me waving his hands and just being a deplorable disgusting human. Like go to school if you don’t like your job, but don’t be rude to your customers especially while kids are paying attention. I didn’t say nothing because I was with my kids, but I hope next time the team can work on better customer service because that was not it. Go to a different location this location is trash, and I will not be returning.
