This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in this area. Like everything else on Lee Road, this is yet another business infested with extremely rude employees who don’t care about anything that they’re doing at all. Always the most mediocre service imaginable.
The coffee tastes horrible here. They don’t even make fresh coffee . They will serve you old coffee. They have done this multiple times.
They’re incapable of doing something as simple as warming up or toasting breakfast items as well.
I can go on and on, but I’m not gonna waste my time anymore.
Shut this whole place down then just call it a day already

This is by far the best dunkin‘ donuts i’ve been too, when i say every dunkin i’ve visited i had unpleasant visits but not this one. the lady at the speaker/window was very friendly! she spoke, she was pleasant and the food wasn’t burnt, my bacon avocado toast actually had bacon in it & was fresh and good! this team made my whole morning today

The team who was working this morning was delightful, they were friendly on the speaker, and somehow even more friendly in person. This was the best coffee I’ve had in a long time, my dog enjoyed every second of his pup cup. Thank you for a great experience 🍩♥️

One of my morning go tos at least once a week. They always make my sandwich and coffee great (you'd be surprised why the need to mention this with other Dunkin experiences). The staff is always super friendly even at the wee hours of the morning that I swing by.

Whenever I visit I’m always greeted with a smile , it starts my day off with a coffee and a smile . I actually travel further just to go to this location because Maitland DD customer service is horrible and severed with a frown. The Lee road Crew is awesome every one of them.

Went through drive thru this morning to get food and was greeted by a very rude and short-tempered woman. Ended up leaving the line because it wasn’t worth it. Wasn’t going to give my money to someone who was rude and non-caring. All I wanted was food and the horrible service turned me away. Next door at Foxtail, they are all smiles. If I could rate a 0 I would.
