I'm sorry I have to give one star for the coffee. Every time I buy a coffee here it tastes like water, last time I come here. Pura agua el café, but in the others branches I go it tastes better. Manager should pay attention and stop saving money on the coffee for the owner. $3 dollar for a coffee we expect to get coffee, no water with cream and sugar.

Customer service has degraded so much it's not funny. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered 2 dozen assorted donuts and have been disappointed. One time they only gave me 11 donuts instead of a dozen, several other times all the donuts are not assorted, just 3 or 4 of the same kind. Not to mention, asking for a bag is another no no. I've gotten attitude, for no reason, as I have to carry these donuts I bought for a distance. Literally, I've been given a small bag with the donuts slid inside like it's a briefcase

Amber is a lovely young lady whom went out of her way to make me a delicious fresh and hot French vanilla coffee and it was delicious and greatly appreciated since I can only drink coffee sporadically due to digestive reasons. God bless her 🙏 and tnx amber 🫂.

Very rude accusing me of using the women’s bathroom Iam a male I come in every other morning and sometimes at evening threatening to call the police on me for making her uncomfortable and i use the men’s bathroom Iam 23 years old no reason for me to walk into the women’s bathroom very rude unprofessional should not be a shift lead accusing Hispanic males of using the bathroom Iam a college student I was there on Friday morning with my laptop.
After 12 am don't bother coming here they never have anything or there machines are down or reloading so they can't assist you they take over 20min to just get a coffee out and guess what it's cold this dunkin does not run with

They did not tell me they were out of creamers until after I paid for my coffee, no coffee cup sleeves at all, they never give me napkins for food and never give you anything to stir your coffee with. I'm not understanding how you can be so cheap with your customers and be happy how your run your store! I come here because it's convenient and hoping for better service, but it never changes, this location was never like this in the past! I live in this area for more than 20 years! DO BETTER OR HOPEFULLY NEW OWNERS TAKE OVER!

The employee was extremely rude. I don’t frequent Dunkin’ Donuts so he assumed I should know what donuts they offer and didn’t go over the selection available, even though it wasn’t displayed on the outside screen. He said pull to the window which no one was waiting for me at the first so I pulled to the second window. He acted as if I should have known and it was the end of the world. The glazed donuts was hard but the coffee was good.

I go to this Dunkin donuts every morning and there is this one older woman who works there and she takes Way too long to take or finish filling up My order because she was to busy talking to the customer who was before me so I had to say something to her because other customers were getting angry ? and upset because she was talking to much instead of doing her job faster
