Went to the drive thru this morning and before placing my order I asked the lady if they had a particular item available to which she responded yes we have them. Go to the drive thru window and they take my payment. Once they took my payment they informed me they don’t have the item I specifically asked if they had available. I then asked for a refund. The lady named Andrea stated they have to call their manager who is Juan because there was no manager in. Once they called him they said the manager is the only one that can do refunds and he wasn’t in. They wanted me to come back later. We don’t live on this side of town so coming back was not an option. Frustrated at the situation I just asked for something else which I don’t want in the first place. The girl apologized profusely and did give us 2 donuts for the trouble. But why isn’t there a manager there at all times? This is extremely unprofessional for a place that has signs that they’re “under new management”

No complaints other than the fact that it’s not 24 hours ! And I drove there this morning I saw and open sign just to get to the drive through and I get an automated prompt stating that they are closed

So tell me why I asked for a VANILLA ICE COFFE THEY HAD TO DO IT 3 TIMES IT WAS WATER WITH MILK AND LIKE LITTLE BIT OF ICE TERRIBLE SERVICE DRIVE THRU LADY HAD AN ATTITUDE HOW SHE SAID IT TOOK 2 PEOPLE TO MAKE IT AND IT WAS STILL WRONG NEVER WILL GO BACK…….

they are always so rude to me for no reason and have cancelled my order multiple separate times and i went today and they were really rude and nasty to me and then gave me the wrong drink

The lady at the drive thru working today at 6:20 is mean, bulky amd gave me a cup of hot milk after purchasing a coffee

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping and acted like they didn’t want to be there. It honestly felt like they just wanted to get paid without doing their jobs.

I been going here it’s was good at first but I think the new people so almost everybody in the morning don’t pay attention repeat our order multiple times and they still get it messed up and this time I got two everything bagel one was cooked all the way the other one was frozen bring back the crew from two months ago

Ever since the management change a few months ago this location has gone downhill. One morning I ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts and they had me waiting in the drive-thru for 15 mins to then realize they never gave me my order. I was the only person in line.

Been coming here for years! This place is going down hill big time! Super slow waiting 15 min just for a donut and bagel. Got told to pull forward but everyone in the line behind me got their order! What is going on with this place. Last time was the same thing for some loaded Hashbrowns and It didn’t even come with bacon and cheese. They need to get old Management back Since we were told they’re on their new management crazy!
Hands down the worst service. Drivethough I spent over 40 minutes and when taking my order I had to repeat myself like 4 times. I get to the window I sit there a good 7 min before I was asked if I received my drink. Then proceed to sit there an addition 26 odd minutes waiting on 3 item I ordered. They come back To the window to ask what was my order!!!!!!! They come back to the window with the wrong order !!! I love Dunkin but this is ridiculous and better training needs to be had!

Ordered at the drive thru, pulled up and paid, I was told to pull forward immediately to wait, where I then waited for 14 minutes. Guess what I ordered? 2 donuts, that's it! Then to get home and they are old and stale. Absolutely NOT a good experience. I hadn't been to this location in a few years and I will not be back either. Incredibly disappointing!

5 people running around, but never acknowledged any of us at the counter. Asked me to order on the kiosk, waited forever to get someone's attention before I got my coffee roll that was hard as a brick. Coffee barely had any sugar when I specifically typed in 4 sugars. This was definitely a one and done for me!!
