Ordered the peppermint mocha latte with almond milk along with breakfast menu items. I received an Iced version and hen I asked why I got an iced when I didn’t say iced the cashier rudely stated well it comes iced and hot and you didn’t say hot.. excuse me but is it just me or should drinks always be assumed hot unless it is mentioned iced? Anyway they fixed it and I left. She didn’t apologize. She had no smile on her face the whole time none of the staff did. Funny thing is I saw on the wall a phrase geared toward the employees that said “wow every customer every time” they definitely wowed me but not in a positive manner that’s for sure.

This location is out of something at least 50% of the time. They are also perennially understaffed and so service is slow (not fault of staff). Find another Dunkin in the area, there are lots.

This used to be my favorite location. Missing the girl with the fun earrings. My sandwich the past couple visits had limp bacon and the croissant was not toasted it was just warmed. They even forgot my donut on my last visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff...donuts and coffee were delicious! You have to try the mini bagel as well. A mostly clean and pleasant atmosphere.

So today 9/5/2025 at 3:45 the man that had the drive thru was very disappointing rude and nasty I was tryna explain my order and he was just very impatient and rushing my mom to the window as I got to the window I was tryna explain my order and he totally burst on in an inappropriate way he so lucky I had my mom daughter in the car ! He doesn’t need to come to work if he having a bad day I’ve worked for Dunkin and that is not how you conduct yourself u can tell his mom didn’t raise him right

It's hard to tell what the day will be like. Some days as I approach the drive thru, it feels as if no one is working and voices are sad. Confusion and not exciting. But then on other days I feel as if I want to spend more because of such an exciting voice and as I drive in it feels as if I am welcome. It changes in experience depending on young kids versus adults and frankly, I am noticing more excitement towards adults overall but I sometimes deal with an awesome teenager. So I am neutral so hopefully in the future I can revise this feedback.
