It's hard to tell what the day will be like. Some days as I approach the drive thru, it feels as if no one is working and voices are sad. Confusion and not exciting. But then on other days I feel as if I want to spend more because of such an exciting voice and as I drive in it feels as if I am welcome. It changes in experience depending on young kids versus adults and frankly, I am noticing more excitement towards adults overall but I sometimes deal with an awesome teenager. So I am neutral so hopefully in the future I can revise this feedback.

I never write negative reviews as I also work in the food industry and I understand that it’s a stressful and not glamorous working environment HOWEVER I probably just had the most negative experience with the staff at this location that I have ever had at any food establishment. They left us sitting at the window without ever opening it for five minutes. When I handed the girl my cash, she deeply sighed and rolled her eyes, the other girl came up to the window and was incredibly rude and yelled at me and my passenger. All we wanted was coffee lol. what a joke. Y’all need to get your crap together and fire some people. It’s like they did their interviewing process at the local jail. Insane.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this establishment. The place was completely empty, and the manager seemed to ignore me when I was in front of the counter. Instead of helping me out, she just handed the job off to someone else. And guess what? The manager didn’t even notice I was there! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good service.

Ordered a shakin' brown sugar espresso, lava cake coffee, vanilla sprinkle donut, and a muffin. Asked for lighter ice in both drinks. Took over 10 min to get our items even though there were only 2 customers in the store. Drive thru was not busy either. Got shorted on my shakin' espresso because I asked for less ice, NEVER had this issue at any other DD. Did not get the right donut. The lava cake coffee ended up being a lava cake latte and the drink was full even though we got less ice on that drink too. Rude person making the drinks and 75% of the order was wrong. I will never go back to this location.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT go to this establishment not even if you are in a hurry. please I urge you not to, my mother has went on December 31st early in the am around 5 and she witnessed employee/manager go to the restroom with her gloves on and come back out with the same gloves, as she took my moms order my mother ask her if she could remove her gloves and the employee/manager rudely replied to my mom with "you don't know what I did in the restroom so I won't " this is disgusting and a risk to everyone. health department would definitely be called on this young lady and it's not the first time she had done this. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOUR HEALTH!!!!!! Rude, disgusting, horrible.

I've been through hell n back lately dealing with life on life's terms and upon coming to this DD right up the street from me for the first time, I was blessed with great service by great morning management, And great staff as well as just great people in general. I'm not the type of person to blow smoke, so i mean each word said here. The simplicity of a conversation, and sharing restored a much needed smile and joy within my heart during a VERY tough time. While sitting and eating here these last couple days, I've I noticed the professionalism customers were greeted with, the timely service and how I'm assuming, they're regulars, but truthfully could've been a new customer cause they treated everyone the same, as if they were treated as friends/acquaintances and not as customers only worth the value of what's spent or the sale. If you're in the area, and possibly in a hurry this DD is the place to stop. Have a blessed day! From the bottom of my heart TY to the entire staff. Hope you guys don't go unnoticed by your company. The ability to greet people with a smile, courtesy, respect and genuineness is lost these days and, It was extremely great to see it, ESPECIALLY, in so many young individuals like yourselves. Again have a blessed day! Look forward to returning.

Andres unprofessional they messed up on my order and he didn’t want to remake my coffee and my sandwich. I sent my daughter back and he yelled at her and scolded her like she was his child. Dude it’s not that serious if you hate your job than QUIT. Also the line for drive through takes way too long and inside 🙄 forget about it. Never going back to this location every aging and I’m telling everyone that I know also not to spend money here again which won’t be hard cuz like I said this place suck and they along with Andres are rude and highly unprofessional!
