Normal DDs experience. Good food quick service, decently priced, overall clean restaurant except foe the restrooms (common among all fast food spots which is disappointing). New item of note: I didn't know that they started charging for ice water. After finishing our meal we requested two cups of water and was charged $1. Took me by surprise.

What is the point of having a variety of donuts and selling them in bulk if I don’t get to select the donuts. Looking a a full donut cabinet at 9 am and I only get the glazed and sprinkles that the girl chooses? And it’s a horrible assortment because she was pressed I wanted to choose my donuts. She told me to go across the street if I wanted to choose my donuts. All staff said they weren’t allowed to give out their names? Crazy being in service and no wearing a name tag or telling customers your name. Seems as if you don’t want to be held accountable.

Ordering through the drive thru you will receive the rudest customer service. They take your order like you are burdened to them you get to the window and it’s even worse. No receipt given pay and boxes are dirty and sticky. Sweet pepper bacon sandwich was cold load to wait until I got into work to actually heat it up and eat.

I must say this was not the best first impression. I love me some Dunkin’s I have for years when I do my meeting I order large amounts especially for employee appreciation week. I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely disappointed order a hot chocolate and got a cold chocolate not to sure how hard that is then order a bagel with cream cheese and they put a whole pound on that thing was so disappointing go ahead and skip this store….

just left this location this morning through the drive-through and the cashier Celena is very rude. Has no patience. Literally closed the window on my face after accident and ketchup “It’s in the bag” SLAMS the Window. Certainly needs training on customer service. If you’re going to have an attitude that early in the morning, you don’t need to work at a morning business.

Was wondering why nobody else was here when we pulled up...order was wrong, had to pull back around to have them fix it and the 2nd croissant was cold and cheese was hard. Definitely not going back here...just drive a little further down semoron to the next location, its not far at all.

My family kept waiting at the counter for 5 minutes and no one showed up to take the order. Probably, that is the reason, it was all empty.

Its always something with this Dunkin. Never have what you want or some machine is always down. Just go up the street to the other Dunkin thats 4 minutes away for more variety and faster service. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to pour more money into more employment and better machines.

I always place my order through the Dunkin’ app and pick it up in the drive-thru, and this location never disappoints! My mobile orders are always ready, accurate, and fast, which makes the whole process quick and efficient.

This time I ordered the Megan’s Mango Protein Refresher, an Iced Protein Latte with Sugar-Free Vanilla, and the Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly how I ordered it.

Mobile ordering here is a game changer. No long waits, no mistakes, just smooth service every time. I’ll definitely keep using the app for pickup at this location!

Nice place to dine in.
I need to reduce a star today because I got a piece of small sandwich this morning. The cashier seemed not awake, not friendly to customer. I asked to add extra cheese (two type of cheese), then I got one type only.
