So my low stars are due to the actual coffee. I ordered from drive through a basic Iced coffee and it tasted like milk a sugar. The staff changed it and again it was watery. I ended having to go in to ask for it to be changed again.\\n\\nOne of the ladies told me no one else is complaining, which I took a little rude, but she did try to make it right by at least remaking the coffee again. The coffee at this particular Dunkin is so disgusting. I feel like I am drinking water with milk. They always forget to add my Splenda because they get moving too fast. I would rather have slower service with my order done correctly than fast service and receive the wrong order. I cannot however get past the fact that the coffee is so water down that it taste like water; this is not just one day, this is everyday I go there. I love Dunkin’ and I work nearby so I always come to this location. I’ve gone through the drive thru recently and my orders have been wrong. The other day my boyfriend asked for a pumpkin spiced latte and I got a hazelnut, I don’t even like hazelnut but I drank it anyways. Today I asked for an iced black coffee medium and hot black coffee medium and repeated my order 3 times because 2 different people asked me about my order and they still managed to get it wrong.
