Waited 15 minutes for a simple bacon, egg & cheese, watched 3 separate guest come in after me order food and coffee, received there’s before I did. Please make that make sense. On top of that when I ask for an update on my order they all acted like they didn’t know what was going on! I could’ve made one of these in my house faster than the service provided here today!

After spending 12 minutes waiting for an online order and standing in line to see what was happening with my order, waiting for 3 customers to be served, the girl tells me that there are none of the options nor is it the first time that happens. At attention they are evil.

I don't understand why there are people who serve the public poorly. If you are in a bad mood, don't go to work or leave your bad mood at home. I won't return to this dunkin here and whoever is responsible should train their staff. Today 10/17/2014 12:30 a brunette lady already over 50 in particular…..

As a resident of hunters Creek I am sorry to say I will not be returning to this location . The breakfast sandwich was ice cold with bacon that was obviously cooked hours or a day before, one of the staff members was extremely Rude and most importantly the restaurant itself was very dirty! Floors were dirty, and tables were dirty swept and it was morning not evening

Not a fan of Dunkin donuts but stopped by here anyway because it's on my way to work. The pumpkin spiced latte was on point, not too bitter but not too sweet. The only thing about this location is that it's very dirty all around. Dirty tables, dirty floors, etc. Management needs to take care of this aspect. The guy who took my order was nice enough but the other workers seemed to not wanna be there.

Worst experience ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years at this Dunkin’ Donuts Hunters Creek Location and today was my final straw and will never be coming back here again…

I recently had an awful experience at a Dunkin' Donuts location that I used to love. The woman taking our order was extremely rude and not knowledgeable about their deals. But despite this, I brushed it off, hoping for a better experience. I worked in customer service so I completely understand an off day.
However, things got worse when my partner and I tried to redeem a coupon from our app that was not working on either of our phones. The employee claimed there was nothing she could do, stating that the app had nothing to do with the company. We were forced to pay full price, which was frustrating but what bothered us more what the attitude of the worker she completely didn’t care.
To top it all off, the drink I ordered tasted like sugar water, and as we pulled away, we realized they had not even given my partner his latte. The lack of customer service was appalling and left us feeling disappointed, especially considering the number of times we had visited this establishment in the past. I grew up here so it’s sad to see how poor the service now is.
This is not the first time we have experienced terrible service at this location. And that is why I am writing this review. It is one thing to have a bad day, but consistent poor service is unacceptable. Sadly, we will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts location, and we encourage others to be cautious about their potential experiences here considering how pricey it can get. Super sad.
