Oh my God, I had the worst customer service rep experience EVER at a DD at the location on 486 N. Orange Ave across Orange County courthouse. DD executives need to pose as a customer and observe this Ms. Towanda in all her nastiness glory. She yelled at customers and not one said anything back to her while I sat there eating what I purchased. I was floored as I have never seen this type of behavior ever!!! She needs to be replaced with someone with customer service skills immediately...read full review
