All I can say is wow. I was in a huge hurry so I went inside As there were two cars in the drive-through and nobody inside the store. 4. Count them, 1234 employees standing inside. Chatting away with each other. It was like five minutes before somebody came over and asked to take my order. 3 Women Were Way more interested in their conversation with each other and didn’t even look my way And the one young man seemed to think that it was more important to do multiple other tasks before he bothered to come take my order. Then, he didn’t make my coffee. He left it up to the drive thru woman Who was extremely busy keeping up her part of the conversation. I don’t know what the heck has happened to the work ethic. 🙄

Short light skinned black guy with beard is rude. And did not get my coffee order right, another worker asked me how I wanted it and mentioned he did not put what I wanted in the system. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to speak to customers.

Requiring a purchase to use the restroom is absurd. I just needed to wash my hands—should I take my donuts in with me after buying them? Policies like this create unnecessary barriers and often lead to discriminatory enforcement.

It’s no different from “whites-only” bathrooms; the rule may seem neutral, but if it's applied unfairly, it's systemic racism. Every person who enters is a potential customer—denying basic access only reinforces exclusion.
