I only give the employees a five star review, everyone is always kind and polite. The new manager Olivia seems to not care about her employees and always leaves for long periods of time instead of making sure her crew is well established. I watch as the young lady works, struggling to take care of many guests, this is not the only time the manager Olivia has left her employees alone in the store. The staff is really nice despite being in an area where they have to deal with a large volume of customers.
My only complaint is that I order a caramel ice coffee about 3 times a week and at least half the time they accidentally make it with vanilla (a flavor I don't really care for.) I don't know if they're always out of caramel or something, but it's always a little disappointing.

I give two stars because I come often, and there’s a woman who’s always on her talking to someone and when I get my coffee, it’s either room temp or not made with love at all. And I really love coffee so it’s a bummer.There is a younger smaller women who works there and my coffee that morning was delicious and hot.
