Dunkin' offers a hit or miss experience, but this location stands out for its excellent customer service. The coffee is great, and the staff provide a welcoming atmosphere. All of the employees are very friendly and very fast at what they do. They are all smiles and make a great frozen coffee. The old fashion donuts are the best. This Dunkin' is close to UCF and also offers Baskin Robbins ice cream.
