I came to this dunkin with a friend and was treated with very good customer service from Kobe (a worker here). The food was also fresh and delicious. I received no problems eating here and will eat again ❤️.

This Dunkin seems to run A La Carte. I ordered a bagel and tea total came up to $8+ they charged me extra for the cream cheese and butter! Does that not come with the bagel I’m so confused no other location has done this before.

Literally the best Dunkin location because of the team Donnis has created. I have always received the best service here so it’s always a joy to stop by. I usually keep my expectations low when it comes to this Dunkin’ location, but today was beyond frustrating. I placed an online order thinking it would help speed things up, but instead, I ended up waiting 48 minutes to receive my order. Nearly an hour for a simple coffee and breakfast item is unacceptable.
What made it worse was the staff’s attitude—completely indifferent, as if it didn’t matter that people were waiting endlessly. Sadly, this kind of poor service seems to be the norm here, but today really took it to another level. It’s unfortunate, because Dunkin’ as a brand can do better. This location definitely needs improvement in both efficiency and customer service.
Stopped by while on this side of town, not my normal dunkin. Staff were very friendly. Girl at the window was very nice. Food and drinks tasted like typical dunkin food, so good. Would recommend as a DD option.

Worst experience ever. They took 10 minutes to make a sandwich with just cheese and bacon literally two ingredients. I ordered hot chocolate they made it with water twice and lied when I asked them to make it with Milk. I’ve worked in the food industry 10 years and can taste the difference. I paid for French vanilla and that wasn’t included in the drink either. Overall poor service.

This morning, I stop at this Dunkin Donut. Place my order and when I arrived at the window, there they informed me that the receipt machine was broken and they couldn't provided me with one. I ask, can they print the receipt on another register? And the girl at drive threw said no. I told them, they should had informed me before placing my order, cause I wouldn't had place order if no receipt was provided. She said, I didn't take your order, my manager did, sorry! And gave me my order and just stood staring!
