i only recently started adding cold foam to my drinks WHICH IS SOMETHING EXTRA I PAY FOR and half the time they keep forgetting to include it after i pay. their number doesn't work to call and i can't find a way to get my money back. somebody please reach out to me because it is annoying to lose money over something like this.

This is the closest Dunkin to my house so I continue to give them chance after chance, but they never seem to get my order right or they take a long time to warm up a sandwich and it was given to me cold. It's not that hard to make breakfast sandwiches, especially when the sticker itself says what I ordered. Why am I opening my bag to something completely different multiple times now. There is one man though who works in the drive-through and he is very nice.

I wish I can give them a zero star. Their customer service is horrible. They are petty and provide no assistance. Their management and staff truly know how to ruin the experience of a coffee run. Instead of simply fixing the drink order by adding a flavor they forgot to add, they wanted to upcharge me for it only to realize they couldn’t and because of “inventory reasons” it would cost them too much to add another pump of flavor.
It’s so petty but those were 2 drinks I paid for. And they assistance was useless.

Drive through had me repeat my order 3 times charged me correctly for it but then gave me the wrong drink and incorrect food item. Had to drive back twice to get it resolved.
1) Avocado toast was not topped with bacon. 2) unsweet tea was sweet.
Was already late to work and it made a stressful morning more annoying. Avoid unless you have the time to deal with correcting their mistakes.

Employees have a listening comprehension issue and a bad attitude. Part of my order was a sweet cold foam iced coffee. We definitely said that's what we wanted. We pay, start to pull away and realize it's missing. The man working 6/13 at 10:30 a.m. copped an attitude and said we never ordered that. Got short with us over their mistake. Listen to the recording you jerk.
I ordered a bagel with creamcheese, an extra $1.50, and the put on the thinnest layer of cream cheese I’ve ever seen. Ordered in the drive thru so didn’t notice until I opened it and was disappointed. They also charge $1 for a cup of water. Got a black cold brew as well and tasted like water. Worst Dunkin I’ve been too.

Went the other day for coffees with my partner and both of our iced coffee weren’t filled all the way. I got an iced black coffee with mocha syrup and my partner got a iced coffee with creamer and syrup. His was Horrible. It didn’t even taste like coffee was even in the cup, just water and the creamer and syrup.Decided give this Dunkin another chance today to take advantage of in app deals and the same thing happened again (the same worker made both of our drinks) They weren’t filled all the way and again my partner got sugar water again. He didn’t get any crazy amount of creamer or sugar, two of each, so I’m baffled as to how there was NO coffee at all in his cup it was even less filled than the day before.I understand that different days you can get a different coffee, but we are by no means picky and it was really upsetting for this to happen two times in a row. We didn’t ask for anything crazy, and regular amount of ice was selected.I loved this location because it was so close to my apartment, but I’d rather take the longer drive to actually get coffee in my cup

So I understand the varied experiences that people have here. When I popped into the store today, it was the last day of the $2 iced coffee promo, the drive thru was full, two people waiting in the store and only three people total working in the store. The drive thru and mobile orders pile up fast and then someone has to eventually talk to anyone that walks in.My guess is this store is always low staffed but it also is serving UCF so it's extremely understaffed.

definitely do not come here , placed my mobile order right before entering drive through, and when i went to take a sip of my coffee i had to tilt it halfway up to get a sip, i opened the lid to see it essentially half full and was lukewarm as if it had been sitting there, i had to take an exam so i didn’t have time to go and get my money back , just save yourself the disappointment and go to another location or the starbucks right across the street.
