Dunkin Donuts food is great usually. I love their bagel and croissant sandwiches. Though the last few times Ive been I always order their 6 dollar meal deal which comes with a Bagel sandwich with egg bacon and cheese. I, time and time again, keep asking to add sausage for a dollar upcharge, and even when upcharging me they still keep forgetting to add the sausage patty. This has happened 3 times at this location and from now on I have to keep checking the order to make sure they add the sausage patty. 2 star deduction. Otherwise I love their coffee and hash browns. Also, people do say their coffee is overly sweet, but thats on the customers request, you do not need to add sugar, just cream. You do not need to get their overly desserty and heart attack calorie specialized drinks. Just order a simple iced coffee with a flavored syrup and cream and you'll be alright! Maybe Im too sensitive to sweetness but its really as shrimple as that!!!

Anytime I get a drink here, it is never full. There is always 1/5 missing of it. I don't order light ice, I order regular. This is frustrating and when I ask they say it's something about the ice, but I never modify the ice considering they told me there would be less drink if I got light ice. No other dunkin does this and I have even given them a second chance and gone again and they gave me a considerable gap again.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I ordered a sandwich in the drive thru lane and was given a cold bacon croissant. I let the employee know about the issue and she took the sandwich back. 3 min later I was handed back the sandwich still cold.

Ordered my food today and waited 30 minutes before it was finally done. I got just a sausage egg and cheese. I asked for a refund before my food was made and I was denied. A worker also got screamed at by management for slacking off and she started crying and stormed off. Made me laugh.

The manager Maria and staff have all shown professionalism and have always treated me exceptionally well. I go there everyday and I wouldn't choose any other Dunkin to get my cup of coffee. Large Iced coffee 4 creams 3 stevia 2 cups of unsweetened coconut and sweet cold foam! Yum

Their breakfast potato hash browns is either cooked in pork bacon fat or fried in old oil; or just bad in general. Each time I had that with the meal deal. I has been really nasty tasting. I have stop getting combo to minus those. Each time I had to throw them away.

I've come here the last few weeks and literally every time my order is wrong, and I'm just asking for donuts... nothing complicated. Today I went inside and literally stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even greeted me... pretty terrible service.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I hate to do this because I love some of the workers here and they are usually nice. There are some new people now who should never have been hired. I ordered a mobile order and got to the drive thru window 20 minutes after placing my order to only find out they haven’t even started making it yet. Then the worker opens the window and doesn’t even know who the order was for. I am appalled.

Atmosphere was very hostile, the guy making my order I think I over heard his name as “Joaquin” was rude and looked like he did not want be there. Slammed my coffee on the counter, my bacon was undercooked and cold, messed up my coffee, WILL NOT be back!!!!!
We always would go to this one bc it was so close but never again. Normally the customer service is pretty rude depending on who's there and the food is normally correct but just tastes off. However this time we got our food and it really tasted off although didn't question it until I realized my bacon was still RAW! I immediately stopped eating and sadly my partner had already finished theirs and now ever since yesterday we have been throwing up from food poisoning. I had to call out of work because of it I'm extremely upset that they would serve food undercooked and give their customers food poisoning.

This dunkin is a waste of investment and needs to get shut down. Everyone needs to be fired honestly. I feel like a kindergartener can do a better job than all of these employees combined. There is nobody ever there and they always manage to screw up SOMEHOW. Is it really that difficult to make a coffee?? I don’t know why I continue to come here. All the employees lack brain cells clearly and I mean ALL the employees. If you are clueless and don’t know how to do anything in life this is the perfect place for you. The dude at the window with accent has to be a social experiment. He really blows my mind. He gets angry and shuts down when you correct him. I don’t even know if these people are even aware that they are conscious.
