I ordered a bagel with creamcheese, an extra $1.50, and the put on the thinnest layer of cream cheese I’ve ever seen. Ordered in the drive thru so didn’t notice until I opened it and was disappointed. They also charge $1 for a cup of water. Got a black cold brew as well and tasted like water. Worst Dunkin I’ve been too.

Went the other day for coffees with my partner and both of our iced coffee weren’t filled all the way. I got an iced black coffee with mocha syrup and my partner got a iced coffee with creamer and syrup. His was Horrible. It didn’t even taste like coffee was even in the cup, just water and the creamer and syrup.Decided give this Dunkin another chance today to take advantage of in app deals and the same thing happened again (the same worker made both of our drinks) They weren’t filled all the way and again my partner got sugar water again. He didn’t get any crazy amount of creamer or sugar, two of each, so I’m baffled as to how there was NO coffee at all in his cup it was even less filled than the day before.I understand that different days you can get a different coffee, but we are by no means picky and it was really upsetting for this to happen two times in a row. We didn’t ask for anything crazy, and regular amount of ice was selected.I loved this location because it was so close to my apartment, but I’d rather take the longer drive to actually get coffee in my cup

So I understand the varied experiences that people have here. When I popped into the store today, it was the last day of the $2 iced coffee promo, the drive thru was full, two people waiting in the store and only three people total working in the store. The drive thru and mobile orders pile up fast and then someone has to eventually talk to anyone that walks in.My guess is this store is always low staffed but it also is serving UCF so it's extremely understaffed.

definitely do not come here , placed my mobile order right before entering drive through, and when i went to take a sip of my coffee i had to tilt it halfway up to get a sip, i opened the lid to see it essentially half full and was lukewarm as if it had been sitting there, i had to take an exam so i didn’t have time to go and get my money back , just save yourself the disappointment and go to another location or the starbucks right across the street.

We were in the area for a comedy show and got some donuts & drinks. Then a bit later a swarm of people came in. The employees handled the rush pretty well! Just wish they had a few more people to lighten the load...when there's an event going on maybe have a few more people working that day?
This Dunkin is in the heart of UCF, but it’s always quick with my mobile order when I go inside and they are the best employees. This place is super hectic, and they deserve all the love in the world! Love this Dunkin and the great ppl!

I waited on the drive through line for about 25 minutes. Then went inside, waited another 20 minutes.And never got my food had to leave.
This was literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. The coffee and frozen hot chocolate were undrinkable and I also got horrible service in the process. I’m not picky when it comes to drinks so it was shocking having to throw something out it was so bad.

Let's just say they get the job done but not always correctly or sufficiently. If you are a Dunkin fan you know there are certain locations that always make your drink good and others that just don't even though it's the same order. We'll consider this location to be the 50/50 sometimes they hit it on the mark and most of the time they miss it. Still it's a very convenient location to campus and if you need a quick pick me up or breakfast. I've never gone inside but the drive thru is relatively quick.

Never coming back to this place again. I asked for less ice and I was given a half full cup of coffee. The employee with short black curly hair was extremely rude and gave me an attitude when I asked why. Also, when I asked for a hot latte, she said she can’t make it right now and made an ice instead. I will be telling everyone not to come to this location. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to.

Stale food every time , they are they aren't very consistent with making bad food every time. If it's either stale or the muffins are from a week before this location should get shut down. I don't know who the owner is but he should not be owning that place he needs to sell it to someone that can properly provide the food that people pay for.
