Im only going to give a 5 star bc of Alaina she is the most sweetest worker there!!!! She always has a smile and she makes sure to get my order made perfect! For some reason other workers always forget to add cinnamon sugar to my Carmel cuz latte that come with it but I usually only go when she is there! I wish everyone else had her customer service. Thank you Alaina for your great service💗

Overall fast and easy service. My issue is the granulated sugar being in iced products, so it just sits at the bottom of the drink. Whenever I do mention liquid sugar the person taking my order has an attitude or acts confused. I just want a decent iced coffee with sweetener smh.

This Dunkin has gone wayyy down hill. ALWAYS out of everything, the food is thrown together so sloppy and the donuts aren’t even frosted anymore. 20 bucks for junk.

Someone needs to seriously address the person that works in the drive-thru way too slow. Spending 15 minutes in the drive-thru It’s just Unacceptable! And it legitimately happens every time you’re there with the same employee working. Perhaps you should have her doing something else instead of the drive-thru window.

I came in one morning, to a nice gentleman named Jonathan, he greeted me with a smile, as I walked in and took my order nice and quickly, as I told him. Then he made sure to make my drinks as fast and best as possible, as well as making sure it was right and I liked it. Overall the food and drink was very enjoyable and I will be coming back often.

I come to this location on a regular basis and usually I have no issues but, today as usual the drive thru line was super long so I did what I usually do and went inside. I ordered my food and a frozen coffee. My food was ready in about 5 minutes time. My frozen coffee on the other hand, took literally 19 minutes from time I placed the order to the time I received it. And, when I walked out after getting my coffee the wasn’t even but one car in the drive thru lane??‍♂️ Not even as much as an apology for the rediculous amount of time it took. Very disappointing to say the least.

Regrettably, my recent experience at the establishment managed by Lena fell short of expectations. Despite having a $72 order and offering to pay with a $100 bill, Lena declined the payment without considering alternate solutions. Although she was going to get a $28 dollar tip that wasn’t good enough either: Moreover, her subsequent threat towards an employee regarding a prior transaction was concerning. Improved customer service and professional conduct are essential for a managerial role. Disappointingly, these qualities were lacking in my interaction with Lena.

Is it possible to say hello and smile. Maybe say how can I help you? It's better than having two workers just stare at you without a smile? Also, what happened to a business saying thank you when you buy something from them rather than turning away from a customer as you give them their coffee and saying you're welcome under your breath. I live across the street and would be a regular customer but this is the typical service here. Sorry the the owner who is a nice guy but clearly after years of the same service something is not right.
