I come to this location on a regular basis and usually I have no issues but, today as usual the drive thru line was super long so I did what I usually do and went inside. I ordered my food and a frozen coffee. My food was ready in about 5 minutes time. My frozen coffee on the other hand, took literally 19 minutes from time I placed the order to the time I received it. And, when I walked out after getting my coffee the wasn’t even but one car in the drive thru lane??♂️ Not even as much as an apology for the rediculous amount of time it took. Very disappointing to say the least.

Experience:Recently, I visited a Dunkin' drive-through to grab a pre-travel donut. Due to my car being repaired, I was driving a rental vehicle and positioned slightly further from the speaker than usual. The initial staff member who took my order was friendly, but unfortunately, the experience at the payment window fell short.Feedback:The individual who completed my transaction, Anika, displayed limited customer service interaction. Upon receiving my debit card and expressing gratitude ("thank you for taking my order"), I received no response. Anika simply took my card, swiped it, and returned it without extending her hand out the window. This required me to unbuckle my seatbelt to reach for the card. Despite my follow-up "thank you" and a departing "have a great day," I received no acknowledgment.Suggestion:Moving forward, I believe Dunkin' could benefit from emphasizing customer service skills during the hiring process. While understanding the challenges faced by today's workforce, ensuring a positive customer experience remains crucial. Ideally, interactions like this can be avoided, preventing situations where customers feel like they're providing better service than the representative.

2 days this week I have ordered my dunkin' donuts coffee via the app. When I got to the store multiple people were already waiting for their drinks I stood there 15 minutes and no one was getting their orders filled. On one of the days there were at least 12 people waiting and very frustrated. Both times I have walked out and not gotten my drink because I couldn't wait any longer.

So i accidentally ordered food from the wrong dunkin. I was late for work and didnt realize. When i asked what to do to get my money back all she could say is you didnt call??? Right i get it but im not going to loose my job over dunkin. I didnt like at all how the manager handled the situation at all. Sometimes compassion goes a long way to keep a customer! Just saying.

Can I get a top that actually holds liquid. Multiple times, I can literally turn my drink and it pours oit in between the top and cup.What's the point?
Came for a couple drinks and food for my family on Christmas day. Was served very quickly and the young man at the drive thru window was very pleasant!! He did not get upset with me when I brought up that we had missing items, and was quick to fix it with a smile on his face. I did not see a name tag, but kudos to the entire staff at this Dunkin'!

We order from Dunkin two or three times a month. We get half a dozen because it's just the two of us and they last us several days. Now we are getting an additional charge of two dollars for a small order! Will find a new bakery that won't punish me for only buying six donuts.

During the mornings this place is great. At night it downgrades. Just went by today and the lights were all off, I almost thought they were closed. We mostly ordered coffee and one sandwich which was egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The only good thing about the sandwich was the bagel. The egg and cheese was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. I had to toss the cheese and egg. Overall I technically paid extra for just a plain bagel.
