10:45am January 10 - I asked for avocado toast with bacon. Of course they did it without bacon. I tell employee bacon was missed and she said I did not order bacon. I said very clear it was with bacon and she keep arguying i did not. Very unprofesional lady. Umbeliveable. Last time here.

Just take the drive to the next Dunkin' They will mess up your order and not take accountability. Matter of a fact they will treat you like crap for asking for your receipt. And the girl who is working drive thru was definitely under the influence of something or hung over , exactly why the line was long and their missing items out of people order. Pleaseeeeeee fix this I use to come here alll the time!
Becareful when asking for anything extra to be added to you food, since they most of the time skip that and now you paying extra for nothing. Also around the time 9am-12pm be weary there two females who work there when together, forget it, customer service is out the window and no care in the world. You are invading there private domain. When they are not together. It's 50/50. It's tough out there, but everyone that goes to order are different individuals. Please act accordingly and stay safe. Attitude is NOT something that sould be serve.

the workers at this location were so nasty and rude. while I understand they may busy on a Sunday morning (shocker) that does not give them the right to speak to give customers a nasty and stank attitude. they could say things like good morning, thank you, be right with you etc. unbelievable.

This is the most incompetent Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. They were running a promotion for a free medium coffee and they took all my points to pay for it, costing me all my points I have been saving. And, I ordered a sandwich which I asked for NO Cheese as I am allergic. And they still put cheese on my sandwich. Thank god I checked first. And on top of all this when I went inside to explain my confusion and upset for almost passing out eating the sandwich, the employee Angel did not care, gave push pack and even said “that’s not my fault”, so I asked for the manager. The manager Betsy was even ruder. She waved her hand to tell me to shoo to leave the store. I don’t understand how people in the wrong could be so ignorant and rude in costumer service. I simply wanted my points and a sandwich that won’t send me to the hospital.
