Avoid this dunkin at all cost. Pass by and go to another dunkin literally anywhere else. The service is horrible and they NEVER get the order right. Ask for sweet tea? It’s no sweet and wrong size. It’s bad.

You can stand at the counter waiting to talk to someone and no one will greet you or welcome you, stood there for 5 minutes and no one took my order, absolutely disastrous

TV ads now say that you can get three items for six dollars which is an iced coffee course a bagel breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. We tried to order that and substitute the coffee for iced tea plain unsweet iced tea. They wouldn’t do it, so we didn’t want coffee so we ordered everything separate as usual and it ended up being $21. We are seniors first of all second of all on the menu when you go and pre-order it online the regular iced coffee is more expensive than an unsweet iced tea. other words there was no reason that we had to end up paying $21 when we could’ve paid $12-$15 if they would’ve just substituted the iced tea for coffee. Plus, we ordered a large hashbrowns, which turned out to be six little teeny tiny cold mushy blobs of grease. When I went online later when I came home, I saw that they did not have large hashbrowns on their menu so why didn’t they say look ma’am? we’re sorry, but we don’t have sizes in hashbrowns. We only have one would you like to so we would’ve liked to but luckily we didn’t because they were gross. Never again Matt here not Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast if that’s the way y’all do.

I came to this Dunkin’ that is not my usual and the girls let people standing on the counter waiting to be attended for over 10 mins what a terrible service, when finally they started taking orders they have some kind of attitude like is the customer problem do coming in here and place an order, definitely they need to improve in a lot of ways.

I’ve done mobile order through the app from this location twice and both times, the staff has indirectly blamed me for my food being cold and coffee sitting out. Most recently, I got an iced coffee with other breakfast items. because I’m lactose intolerant, I asked to confirm it had oat milk as requested and the lady who allegedly made it said “i made it exactly how it was labeled, the reason it probably tastes like that is because the ice melted since it’s been sitting there for a while”. What I don’t understand is how it’s been “sitting out” when I ordered at 9:15 to be picked up 9:40 and arrived at the window by 9:42. The manager again blamed me by saying “I’ll make it again but we were waiting on you”. What kind of service is this? If you’re stressed, that’s understandable because that’s just the nature of the food industry during rush hour. Even if you’re frustrated with the customer, hold your tongue and move on because the minute you slip, you set yourself up for negative perception and feedback.

I don’t recommend this location because the staff seems very impatient and lack empathy. Even when I told them about what time I scheduled it to be ready, they didn’t care. all that seemed to matter was them having the orders made way in advance so they could just move people through, instead of making sure everything was fresh.

We walk into see 4 people on staff sitting down on their phones to not be greeted. We walk up to the stand to order all the employees seem to have a chip on their shoulder and we're incredibly unwilling to help when I asked about the bathroom there was no help at my disposal. I've been to countless dunkins and this was one of the worst.

I came to this Dunkin’ around 12:30 and ordered my food through the drive thru.. the girl taking my order already seemed to have an attitude, when I got to the window I'm not sure what her problem was but the staff was very rude. They took forever to give us our order and we were the only ones in line.

Wow, came in for a door dash the lady employee upfront today July 7th,24 at 10 45 am could've been any ruder, if words and looks would kill there would've been a crime scene because I would be dead.

Lady, if you are not fit to work or mentally ok to work with people, you might want to consider other option before you mess up this store reputation due to your attitude.
