I was shocked that they charged 50¢ for the water cup.. The muffins have gone up in price.. I got the Double Chocolate..It was quite delicious.. Even the senior small coffee price has gone up.. So much for that idea next time! I will just bring my own. The young man was friendly..

Dunkin Donuts 7700 block of E.Colonial by Sam’s Club. Your trash can is full. Clean up this establishment. I stood by myself at the counter and you had four people working there without anyone acknowledging my presence. No one should waste there money at a place where the standards are so low.

The line is a little slow sometimes. Wish there were separate lines for coffee only and others.
Nice people work here, always respectful. But if you are expecting to get any sort of donut just forget it. They always say "I just ran out", but it's like-... lady.. it's 8:30am, let's be honest. Coffee is ok, but don't go here for anything other than that. Might as well stop at the next location.

I wish I can do zero??♀️ I was really disgusted by the behavior of the lady today at this location I have always went through drive and have dealt with nice people but this lady this morning was so rude when I first walk in she was on the phone and she can see me but continued with her phone what a professionalism? And when she finally acknowledged my presence her attitude was unbelievable no greetings instead she was rolling her eyes! I asked for keys to use the restroom but after I was done and talk to her about ordering her attitude was still the same even worse so I left I won’t make my order for this type of behavior! I have ?

This Dunkin is very hit or miss but that’s not the current team. They just have a high turnover rate. I go A LOT and don’t think I’ve ever seen the same person twice. Usually the employees are super nice and helpful if they can be. It’s definitely improved in the last couple months.
