The morning shift employees honestly look like they dread coming to work and couldn’t even pass out a smile. I also asked for less ice on a drink, noticed that it almost seemed as if I got extra. I then asked one of the employees if I got light ice and she responded, “should be.” I’ve been here a couple of times for breakfast when I go for runs in the ucf area but honestly I see myself going somewhere else for breakfast from here on out. I left a photo of how much ice was left after drinking the refresher and it was even above the #2

It’s obvious the college kids working here have a false sense of entitlement. Zero customer service skills. Zero attention to detail. I’m sure that lack of common courtesy will take you far in life.

Rude service from guy behind the counter. I had a coupon for a free donut from having done the survey. It didn’t scan properly and when I looked at the receipt I noticed I was charged for it. The guy was rude and told me to come back and use it tomorrow. I said no and I wanted a refund. He was upset and didn’t even give the full refund (didn’t refund the tax). They messed up my order and gave me a medium coffee when I paid for a small, so I let the tax go. I didn’t expect such attitude from a donut worker for something so simple. Still, the coffee and donut were satisfactory.

I am usually a regular here, and most time the service is merely okay and the food is what you would expect. Today I just wasnt having a good day and I heard from a lady behind the counter working on my order making fun of what I chose. Normally I would let it go but it's just not what I needed to hear today.

On June 28th, I visited this Dunkin store with children. The person who is working the counter is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. I politely approached her about an issue with how something was made and instead of just simply remaking it, she became defensive and flat out refused. The person claimed to be a manager (7:00 AM in case the real store manager sees this) and was unwilling to fix any issue.

I usually go to this Dunkin good amount of mornings, and no problem with their service. This morning on November 22, 2024 the service was horrible. I ordered a hot vanilla coffee with 10 munchkins and I was the only person in the drive-through, and it took 15 minutes to finally give me my order. I had to tell, what looked like to be the manager, that I’m waiting on my munchkins, and he just went over and grabbed them for me. The other two employees completely forgot about me and had me sitting there for 15 minutes after taking my order. The young woman and male working there had a horrible customer service. The older Brazilian male was fine.

Everytime i order donuts, they wrap a napkin over the glaze, so when I take the donut out of the bag, half the glaze comes off with the napkin. This makes the donut less tasty, and the napkin a sticky, gross mess. The service is also quite unfriendly.
