Great customer service. Staff was attentive and courteous.
Everytime I go to this location during the morning I'm told they can't do certain drinks, I'm told the items have been discontinued.....even though items are on their menu and I've gotten at that location in previous visits during the afternoon or evening shifts. The items are the Frozen hot chocolate and the Almond Joy hot chocolate. Your morning shift needs to be retrained.....
Worst service for a dunkin donut. Did mobile order for the drive-thru and was told to go wait in the front because they were needed cashing out the cars behind us. Never took the order out to the car. Had to go in and get it where our drinks were melted as it was probably sitting there for awhile. Why have the option for drive thru when u are gonna kick us out of the queue line and make us walk in. Employee at the drive thru was rude and the manager seemed clueless.
