This Dunkin has raised my expectations for every Dunkin I go to. The store is always clean and well stocked, the employees are very communicative behind the counter to stream line through rushes. Yes there are times where I've had to wait, but I never mind, even under pressure my food is always greay- AND THE ESPRESSO SHOTS ARE PERFECT. In the rare occasion that something is wrong with my order, there's no hesitation at all to make it right and make sure I have the correct items. The employees are also every communicative with online orders; ie I order online frequently, I walked in once and my food was done but they didn't finish my drink because they were out of hazelnut; instead of assuming I would only want one of my two usual flavors, they informed me they were out, and offered other flavors- I highly appreciate that.
Too many times have I witnessed people getting upset, snippy, and rude towards the staff. Employees are people, not machines, and it's very obvious that every day they bring their A-game.
Big shout out to this location! Absolutely amazing.

Not an overall fan of this location. Went in today to order my usual large frozen caramel coffee and was advised they don’t have coffee syrup. Um huh? You are a coffee donut shop and should have a back up solution like put some cold coffee and add cream and caramel syrup but nope can’t do that either.

The cashier was very nice . But there was some one touching other people's food and I really didn't like that . They need to have more control on which orders belong to who so others don't touch every one food or bags.

I must say that, though this location is a little bit out-of-the-way for me, sometimes I plan to have extra time so I could stop in to grab my favorite food and drink from this location. There is so much consistency at this location, It brings me back. My breakfast sandwich is always made to perfection, the way I requested. My coffee is always consistent and has the same great taste every single time. There is too much inconsistency in other locations but this one always gets it right. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean. Being in the restaurant industry, I value when places, take the time to give the guest what they want, what they need, and are consistent with great food quality!

I went to Dunkin' Donuts a few weeks ago for my morning breakfast and coffee. Since it was a mobile order, I came in to pick it up and then left. Unfortunately, the coffee lid was not sealed correctly, causing it to spill all over my clothes. Additionally, the donut was placed face down with something on it, making it unsuitable for consumption.
I promptly called and spoke with Luna, the manager in charge, to inform her about the incident. Luna was apologetic and suggested that I come in so she could remake my breakfast at no charge. Due to scheduling constraints, I couldn't make it for a week. However, when I showed up a week later, Luna still remembered me and immediately took care of my order. Her demeanor was incredibly humble and kind, ensuring that I was satisfied with my replacement order.
I want to express my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for having such a wonderful staff member like Luna. She went above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, and she certainly deserves appreciation for her exceptional service. Thank you!
