I've reviewed this place before. Staff is awesome. I don't know how people can say anything about it. Very pleasant place to come to. The staff is awesome and always going above. Thank you I consider this. My wife and I favorite place for our coffee. And the hash browns are awesome. Especially the loaded ones. I just wish they were filled to the top. Thank you again

The worker there was great, but the problem was that it was only her with an influx of people. You can tell the owner of this store only cares about bringing in as much cash as posible. So yeah my 2 stars are for poor working conditions. Also notice how there are 20 cameras for the kitchen and only like 2 for the lobby. Lol

I walked in and saw the kiosk for placing orders. The staff member on Sunday offered to assist. She took my order, rang me up, and filled my order before I could blink! At the same time being very attentive! She needs to be working in a high end place as the manager!

This Dunkin has raised my expectations for every Dunkin I go to. The store is always clean and well stocked, the employees are very communicative behind the counter to stream line through rushes. Yes there are times where I've had to wait, but I never mind, even under pressure my food is always greay- AND THE ESPRESSO SHOTS ARE PERFECT. In the rare occasion that something is wrong with my order, there's no hesitation at all to make it right and make sure I have the correct items. The employees are also every communicative with online orders; ie I order online frequently, I walked in once and my food was done but they didn't finish my drink because they were out of hazelnut; instead of assuming I would only want one of my two usual flavors, they informed me they were out, and offered other flavors- I highly appreciate that.
Too many times have I witnessed people getting upset, snippy, and rude towards the staff. Employees are people, not machines, and it's very obvious that every day they bring their A-game.
Big shout out to this location! Absolutely amazing.

most friendly customer service I recived, coffee is the best nice place to relax, I would definitely visit again.
Not an overall fan of this location. Went in today to order my usual large frozen caramel coffee and was advised they don’t have coffee syrup. Um huh? You are a coffee donut shop and should have a back up solution like put some cold coffee and add cream and caramel syrup but nope can’t do that either.
