My daughter had an application for an interview today at 1.40pm. She had received multiple confirmation messages. When we arrived at the site, there was only 1 person who claimed to be a manager. He said it in a very despotic, arrogant and distasteful way that they were NOT hiring, much less minors, I told her that she had received multiple messages, she left school early to get to the appt and the supposed manager in a few words made fun of her... I don't like her attitude, I can't imagine how she treats clients!!! If they do not hire minors, there should be a filter when they make the application not to make those types of experiences in bad taste

My stuffer was great, but my coffee OMGG WORST WATERED DOWN. My donut was hard as a brick. Playing with someone’s coffee early in the morning is not cool, do better. Let me not get started on the attitude.

I went to Dunkin this morning to get a wake up wrap and the cashier and the manager was clueless and not helpful I wanted to order, but the manager and the cashier didn’t know what I was talking about so my family and I left. I don’t believe he was the manager. They didn’t even offer to make what I wanted a wake up wrap with egg n no bacon. I have been getting this for 4 months from this location. Today no customer service no management.

They have a short light skin girl working here and her customer service is shorter than her, how she get a job if she doesn't understand English? If someone order something and it's not available and the customer is asking if you have any other options other than what you suggested just say no other options is available.. she said yes and still give me the same cake. I ask again if there's any options from the coffee cake... and she claimed the coffee cake is the other option from the coffee cake.. and start yelling like it's my fault she didn't pay attention in school. Who ever hired her did it in a rush.

Not a dependable location. I've been trying to get a hot espresso drink for weeks and they never have any; only hot coffee. The staff also take long breaks during their open hours, so it's hard to know when they'll be around.

Even though convenience for others, the DD location hire a lot trashy and ghetto people! First of all, it doesn't belong in the library! Move them to cafeteria or something!?
