As i sit here and wait and wait outrageous prices amd horrible service. Order WRONG . Person b4 me hers was wrong also People waiting MANAGER on her cell hiding in the back texting

I routinely stop here in the morning on my way in to work and generally have no issues. They close at 6pm but quite often they lock the front door 5-10 min early.

I get my haircut at 6pm next door and wait in my vehicle until 6 to go in. This evening, 4 different customers went to the door before 6 and it was locked. Management, you’re losing business!

This is a nice little Dunkin. It's got almost everything. The only thing that I don't really like, is with the automatic ordering thing to the side, it doesn't allow you to get donuts. Only everything else :/

Parking: I biked there, and from what I saw around there, there was nowhere to properly hook it up to. (I had to resort to using a trashcan)

I’ve been coming here for close to a year now and the service has dropped immensely. More times than I should count I’ve ordered ahead of time on the Dunkin app and when I’ve gotten there (always 20 minutes later) I’m always missing something. And they all act too busy to stop and ask if you need any help. I let it go because I know service is hard and ultimately I get my drink and food but I’m writing this review because the girl in the blue shirt and really bad wig has the worst customer service experience ever. She’s always got an attitude and never greets anyone. She’s just a nasty individual and today was the last straw for me. Her attitude and demeanor is unbearable and I will not be returning to this location.

I had a coupon for five dollars and someone had written on it and they still accepted it. I enjoyed myself some unsweetened lemonade and some donuts. I enjoyed myself and the staff was ex excellent.

Parking: There is about a dozen parking spaces

Kid-friendliness: Very nice employees and would recommend it bringing anybody’s kids in.

I had a coupon for Dunkin’ Donuts and the service was wonderful and the staff is friendly and most of clean. Is a great little spot to catch up on a little business work instead of trying to do it in your truck. I’ll be saying this branch again soon.

They need to be staffed better. For a busy Saturday morning they only had 3 employees. I was in there for 25 minutes to a sandwich and hashbrown and was almost late to work. They barely put 1 piece of bacon on my sandwich. And there was a man sleeping in one of the booths.

A couple days ago a lady I don’t know her name but she wears a blue shirt and has red hair is yelling in the store cursing idk what her problem was but I just had to get out of there immediately because I had my kids with me

The lady from the kitchen dont know the name but i can describe her she had a (left knee brace) was super rude for a simple question i asked , not profesional at all plus she was using her phone while she was doing stuff no hygiene at all .
