I came in earlier today to get some coffee, a young black female was approached by Dunkin’s manager and was aggressively talked to, while other guest & I could clearly hear. I talked to another employee that was working while this was taking place that what was going on was very unprofessional. I’ve been working in management for numerous of years & you do not treat an employee as such or even loudly disturbing guest. Bad look & definitely will not be returning. If manager cannot display professionalism manager should not be working

We went to get the boo bucket at 11am. They were completely out of almost all donuts. I don’t know if they are supposed to be restocking donuts and refilling the shelves but they are definitely not doing it at this store. They only had about 10 munchkins to fill a bucket of 50. We weren’t the only customer trying to get a bucket either. It sucks when you’re going for certain donut and you have to pick out the last few stragglers because nobody’s making more donuts. They are missing out on a lot of potential sales. Sorry to say but this Dunkin’ sucks. We decided to go to Krispy cream. They make donuts all day.

Awful. Slow. They want you to use the Dunkin App but then the kiosk they want you to order on doesn’t take THEIR app. Makes no sense. Then the lady running up our order completely messed it up and tried to have me pay again for another order. She was very spacey. They also prioritize the Uber orders and pickup leaving walk-ins waiting….stick to Starbucks or a drive through.

One thing about Dunkin Donuts they are everywhere from where I live and all over Florida I like there breakfast and of course there donuts are my favorite and muffins as well and now this is the season for The pumpkin muffins and pumpkin donuts one of my favorite I always go when they have the pumpkin flavor one of my favorites and pumpkin pie that don’t have pumpkin pie but I like the other options they have in pumpkin I love diner in Dunkins I really enjoy my time there and eating customer service is great to
Absolute worst customer service on the planet. Went in for an iced coffee and it was so bitter that we couldn’t get it sweet enough. IAbsolute worst customer service on the planet. Went in for a iced coffee and it was so bitter that we couldn’t get it sweet enough. I asked if I could upgrade to a latte and just pay the difference and the lady was really rude and had an attitude. I guess people think they can just charge whatever they want and people will just continue to pay it but if you’re going to charge six dollars for a coffee drink, you might wanna be Courteous! The manager barely speaks English!

Always fast, always friendly, and (in my experience) always good. As far as Dunkins go this one's a winner. The only downside is the location - it is hard to get in and out of.
Edit: should mention I tend to mobile order. But I live nearby and my order is always ready when I arrive!

I ordered Uber from this location. Everything was sealed when it arrived. After having our drinks and donuts most of my family of five began to complain of feeling like they had to throw up and diarrhea. We were headed to Magic Kingdom and had to turn around and stay at the hotel. All we had in the morning was Dunkin’ Donuts drinks and donuts. So upset.

As many have stated in their reviews. Ill have to agree this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Its my second visit and I cant stand it. Only 2 workers. Wait time is longer than it needs to be. There was an error with my order and they refused to help me make changes. They arent pacing themselves reasonably. Scrambling these kiosk orders. This place is an absolute embarrassment
