But they always arr consistent and make the drinks exactly how you tell them so order extra cream and sugar if you like your drink extra sweet.

We are frequent customers, for many days I usually buy coffee with my colleagues but until when Dunkin will put a friendly staff that is qualified to provide customer service, since when you place an order they always give you the opposite, how is it possible that they deliver milk with ice and not an ice coffee, at first glance you can see that it is not an ice coffee, I suggest a change of staff oh well try to teach them to serve you, because when they see you they make fun of you oh one of you suggests something to them they make faces and close the door Receive the order window, that is discrimination and terrible service,

Many people from the street entering and drugged, it is a small secluded place, not many people go there, but the area is not very good, to see bad people from the street because there were older people and they were helped, but the lampesades of someone out of their mind is dangerous

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was thoroughly disappointed. The coffee tasted weak and watery, nothing like the bold, rich brew I was expecting. The donuts were dry and stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. The service was also lackluster—slow and unfriendly, with the staff not even bothering to smile or acknowledge customers. It felt like they were more focused on rushing orders than providing a decent experience. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon. There are definitely better options for both coffee and donuts.

So this dunkin used to be well put together. Their doughnuts were fresh. Their coffee was amazing. Occasionally their cold brew was fresh and tasted crisp. Customer service used to be decent. However, for the past couple months the food is unpleasant. It's half prepared if at all. I found mold stuck in between my ice in my coffee. So I stopped eating their food, and only ordering their iced coffee without ice if I'm too busy to drive to the dunkin by pine castle. Today my mother went to order my coffee with her doughnut. The spanish lady with red hair gave her ice in my coffee, so my mom asked her to remake it without the ice. She gave my mom an attitude. When my mom asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager. My mom ask to speak to the owner and she said she doesn't have the owners name or number. So my mom asked for a receipt, and the lady reminded my mom she stated she didn't need a receipt when she originally paid, so my mom asked for a refund and she told my mom she couldn't do that without a receipt. My mom asked for the store number and the lady stated she didn't know that information either. My mother came home upset about the customer service, and I told her it makes sense. I've been on edge of no longer going to this dunkin for a moment. The chunky old white lady is always cussing at the old white gentleman in the back when I usually go through the drive through. He tosses the food at her and they always have a terrible attitude. The black homosexual looking chick never says hi, nor looks at you when you're talking to her. Only person polite is the homosexual looking Spanish guy. He's a gem to be surrounded by so much negativity. They touch money and then touch the food at the drive through. This place wild to me. Very ill managed. Looking at the other reviews it makes se se why their ratings are dropping

On the 12th of every month you buy a dozen you get a dozen. They wouldn't give me my Free dozen.
Unbelievable worst service in my life everyone including the manger are rude went in for the 2nd time cause the first time my bagel was burnt and no cream cheese then they do this the second time a whole mess in that place and rude, everyone coming in and out had a complaint

Dunkin’ is always a good place to go for breakfast. The best food item they have is their hash browns they are fantastic. Their drinks are very watered down and don’t have much flavor. This Dunkin’ has a lot of construction going on so you will have a very hard time getting in.
Parking: Parking is easy but it’s very hard to just get into the parking lot.

Parking: they're doing construction on the street and the only way to get into the parking lot is to go through the "in" of the drive-thru. The parking situation could be better.
