Okay, I don’t normally review places like this, but we just had such a great experience in this Dunkin. After Covid it felt like customer service just went out the door. At a lot of establishments no one even greets you coming in, or acknowledges you at the counter, or even asks what they can get you.Everyone here was so friendly and on top of it. Food was piping hot and specialty iced coffee was delicious. They even told us to have a good day when we walked out. This may seem like regular customer service, but that’s not how it is anymore. 10/10 experience and we will be back!
