Went inside this establishment on Jan 4th 2026 and contemplated calling the health dept. On them. I was waiting on a friend to meet me a few businesses down, so I walked to Dunkin to use the bathroom and get a drink. An employee came out of the womens restroom and as I entered after her the toilet was running as it would if it was flushed. Which mind you probably means she used the bathroom right? I realized shortly after using the bathroom myself their was no soap at all. So that means all the female employees using that bathroom today are either not washing their hands or only using water,which still isnt sanitary enough. I proceeded to watch that same employee touch and make food after that. With hands that problably have her bodily fluids on them. I dont think 90% of the staff could understand English so therefore I decided calling them out on it would be pointless and get me nowhere. So I walked out with no food. I legit would just walk a little ways down the road to Starbucks and skip this place. Its not sanitary.

Terrible service, my order was completely wrong, items were missing, my sandwich was burnt, and it took a very long time. The environment was also very dirty. My experience was awful.

The manager treats homeless people like crap mainly black homeless people she threatened to call the police cause I was charging my phone to be able to have enlightened battery to his somewhere else and she started locking the doors that lead to outside and slamming the booth into the wall I got recommended this place to charge my phone even when I bought a refresher the fact that they knew I was homeless they treated me like crap

The new lady was trying her best, whoever the manager was today 12/16/25 was very rude to her and rude to me as well! I understand the new lady made a mistake in my order and I asked for them to fix it. The manager got pissy, went to grab my drink from the counter and spilled it all over the place then proceeded to make me a new one with such a nasty attitude! I only came here because it’s Christmas time and I’m low on funds, I wanted a decent priced and good tasting drink…. I won’t go back. I stopped going to Dunkin for a while and now I’m glad I did. It’s the holidays, let’s spread cheer instead of rude attitudes and unkindness especially in your workplace!

It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered this level of poor customer service and professionalism. We were given milk that was almost a month expired that my son got sick from. When I returned to the store for a refund or some form of resolution regarding this I was refused a refund, told I was lying to get free money, denied talking to management, denied the procedure for filing a complaint with Dunkin and refused a name to give for this complaint and the disregard for customer health, safety, customer satisfaction and representation of Dunkin image and reputation. Other than what I’ve said here I’m at a loss for words. Dunkin, you need to address this issue and deal with this very incompetent and rude employee before she causes further issues I. The future. I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with management
