This was honestly the best Dunkin experince I’ve ever had! Albeit quick, there was no line in the drive thru and I placed my order via the app, the man working late that evening was happy, joking around, wished me well and served a wonderful beverage!

To the sweet gentleman that was working last night around 945pm 11/10 you were such a joy to deal with! Thank you for being amazing! We stopped in for an after the parks coffee and he had just mopped the floors! I have never seen a more clean Dunkin! Thank you!

Gotta fix the headsets so the employees are not frustrated, that’s key. But here’s the thing, Maurice is the man. Very good customer service and clearly cares about who he is serving. He offered donuts for the wait and the best drinks were made. Dunkin’ needs to take care of this employee as he knows what he is doing and represents the brand very well. Well done Maurice!

Employee from location elderly I didn’t quite get her name she was super rude and disrespectful .NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN . I had ordered from the Dunkin’ mobile app at 11:03 and it’s 11:44 and still haven’t gotten my order .My boyfriend told one of the employee Juan Carlos that we had ordered from the mobile app and he said he couldn’t find the ticket he then proceeds to tell the manager or the elderly lady that was there and she said she didn’t have time right now that she needed to find the order that she didn’t know what we were talking about and not even trying to look for the order .At 11:45 they finally found the ticket that they never cared to look for .Please advise and train her correctly as she has no customer service skills whatsoever .
