Coffee was watered down. The AC in the building was out and it was ridiculously warm inside. The omelette bites came with no silverware and were not inside a container. Just thrown in a bag.

HOT HOT HOT! owners should be ashamed for letting the a.c issue go this long. Cheap owners. Drink order was wrong like other reviews. This location is prime across from convention center yet it needs desperate help. Too hot to stand in there and eat. Beware, no ice cream available in this desert.

Shame on the management for making the people work here in horrible conditions with no AC. Bringing in fans to blow around hot air isn’t going to fix the problem. Management needs to fix this ASAP

This place takes forever to make your food!! I did a mobile order and it still took over 40 minutes to receive my food. There isn’t enough staff and the one person making sandwiches makes like 5 sandwiches at a time. So even if you ordered 20 mins ago he’s making your sandwich with the person that just ordered. If you’re in a hurry to eat do not go to this Dunkin!

This restaurant had no working AC, making it unbearably hot inside. The hardworking employee was struggling to cope with the heat, which is an unsafe working condition. Additionally, their ice cream selection was super limited, and it was frustrating to see the 85% of the flavors listed as unavailable.

We stopped here from out of town Gotta have my daily dunkin fix The Young man working was sweet and very nice and prompt BUT ASHAME on The owner who allows their employees to work with NO AC it's way too hot for them to be working ...
I forgot my denim jacket there last week. I was in the area for a graduation. I live in Tampa, which is a bit of a distance. I have been calling the store everyday to see if the jacket was returned to one of the staff, but no answer. I'm so frustrated and disappointed that they're not answering the phone. What's more upsetting is that I did not even need my jacket because the AC was not working ?

Dunkin’ has always been a favorite of mine for awhile. I love the coffee and the assortment of breakfast items! I would recommend signing up for the Dunkin’ Rewards program to start earning rewards for free items!
