I ordered and payed for 2 donuts for mobile pickup. When I got there, they only gave me one donut and said they ran out the other one and couldn’t give me it. This place is a waste of money. And the employee rudely told me she couldn’t give me any other donut even though I already payed. Would not recommend.

I love the soft inside of the donut. Then there is the flaky crust. I just love eating donuts from here. It is also very close to my work, so I go here every morning to get donuts and coffee.
Sitting area was dirty and they barely had any donuts. Their TV is like 32”, can DK afford a bit 65” OLED TV? Only good thing was the BR ice cream. The crew on shift was very nice and helpful.
I was served only warm latte, not hot.I place the mobile order from the parking lot.The worker said it was my fault because of the delay in pickup. I stated it was a matter of second s. She yelled at me it was my fault again and finally made another. Other customers commented on how rude and nasty she was. I have been getting Duncan lattes for 25 years. I know the right temperature and to pick them up timely.

Truly don't understand the bad reviews because this place kicks ass. Came in three times during a busy convention week and had my food and drink within 60 seconds of ordering. Friendliest service too!
