It was a busy Black Friday morning, I noticed someone ended up taking my whole order while waiting for 30 mins and since the team was done making food and cleaning up and I asked a female manager and she said “she’s still making food” and walked away…someone fired her

Just ordered donut holes, and when we tokd them they tasted bad, they said the donuts had been made fresh. Instead of asking me how tonfox the problem, the team dismissed our concerns and acted disinterested and dismissive.

I came in earlier today and was shocked by the way I was spoken to. I said Good morning and the employee with blonde hair immediately raised his voice at me. This was extremely rude and I’m very disappointed with this type of service.

John with the ponytail was extremely disrespectful and overall ruined my experience. I’ve never gone to a Dunkin where an employee was as plain rude for no reason. When i’m simply trying to order a coffee and get my breakfast there is no need for such behavior. Will not be going here again.

Although clean restaurant, a Really bad breakfast sandwich. All tasted old; the croissant was rubbery, the cheese was refrigerator cold, the hash browns were done yesterday…. Plus an I don’t care much attitude. How does the Brand tolerate this…? AVOID !!

I ordered my cold brew coffee using my reward they made it extremely. To dark which I informed them about they took it back and added more milk and I ask them to put cold form to see if it helps which it didn’t I didn’t wanted to go back and forth and trying to telll them to remade I just walked out and throw it away in the trash in your store all I want is my 500 point back to redo my order somewhere else unsatisfied customer thank you

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but the service at this Dunkin’ was so bad I had to. The woman who I think was the manager (pony-tail, black hat) was flat-out yelling at customers. If someone ordered from the kiosk, she’d yell things like, “CHECK THE CASE BEFORE ORDERING THE DONUTS”. It was rude and completely unnecessary.

When I ordered, she was nasty with me, acted like I was dumb for even being there, treated me like I was stupid for ordering cream and milk in the same drink and asked me “You want cream or milk which one?” and shoved my receipt at me like I was wasting her time. She was extremely inpatient and acted like me ordering an everything bagel on my bacon, egg and cheese was a crime. Every time a customer asked a simple question, she responded like they were an idiot.

I get that people have bad days, but based on other reviews this isn’t a one-time thing. If working at Dunkin’ makes her that miserable, then she should find another career because clearly this one is not for her.

Employee with the ponytail made my food, knew it was burnt and still proceeded with the food. Seems miserable and hates his life. Even said out loud “I hate people”
Customer service is horrible, I mean I get it sometimes. Work sucks but if you hate it so so much, then do better and find better.
This place been going downhill due to their employees, today is when it made me never want to walk into this Dunkin donut ever.
