Absolutely the rudest experience ever. Ask for cups to split a milk and they said ok. Gave us part of the order and I asked for the cups again and then she said that’s 42cents after saying they would give it to us so I paid for it and then the lady has an attitude gives me the cups and then forgets our munchkins after helping 3 other customers and says can I help you with an attitude, yes give me my donuts and shorted us munchkins

Worker with a pony tail and blonde hair was very rude and gave me a croissant that was cut wrong I’ve ordered this sandwich a thousand times and half of the bread was gone on the top and I asked if I could just get the top of the bread redone so it would be a full sandwich and he said that’s how it comes which isn’t true at all this guy isn’t fit to be working if he can’t make a proper sandwich or have a good attitude

Poor costumers service from mister John he doesn’t understand when somebody need to use is own ceramic cup / to avoid the chemicals from the plastic cups / it was easy my request / to serve the coffe direct to my ceramic cup / he was upset / I decided to give him the $3.00 that I pay like a gift / but he knows how to get one star for this place / may 5 at 6:00 pm

I placed a mobile order for a dragonfruit refresher and when I arrived they said they had sold out of the dragonfruit earlier in the day. I requested a refund and they said they couldn’t because they needed a manager and they had left already. Why would you not turn off mobile ordering for a product if you run out of it?
