Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. The manger tried to charge customer for water and the line was very long. They did not put enough milk in my husbands coffee and tried to charge him for extra milk. Also, they gave us the wrong donut accidentally and then threw the donut that was incorrect in the trash. I honestly couldn’t believe you rather waste food than just allow the customer to keep it.

Rude staff who can’t make a simple coffee correct. Legit made me the problem because they didn’t follow instructions. If I paid for extra swirls, I should get extra swirls. I’m not using sugar 😒, even with your attitude and under breath conversations…

They didn’t have way more than half the donuts I wanted on my list and wanted me to wait 10-15 minutes for their manager to hopefully get here on time. Ridiculous. Update your system or give the employees better resources to make the donuts. Not worth me being late to work.

Croissants and donuts are delicious. However, the way to get the food is a bit strange. Drinks and croissants are ordered separately, and donuts are given out only after reminding the counter. If you don't pay attention, you will get the wrong ones. I ended up getting the wrong coffee.

Waited 20 mins to get my sandwich overlooked my order and had to ask where it was since he was handing out orders to people who paid after me? Now I'm late for work.
Terrible service! Attitude by the guy in the back when I asked for knife to spread my cream cheese, mind you they didn’t even spread it on the bagel and I selected that option. They gave me a strawberry cream cheese and I asked for a plain and the same guy in the back super rude! The croissants with bacon egg and cheese that I ordered seems to be thrown together falling apart didn’t even have cheese. Sad at the type of service the is facility is giving the customers. Even others I witnessed that came in and put. Hope they give better service and better attitude. Thumbs down in all aspects!!!!

Place was closed according business hours but, I entered at 18:45 and there was: the door open, I took a pee and, nobody come out to tell it was already closed.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! We waited in line forever, well not forever but 15 minutes. When it was my turn I was advised by the employee to order at the kiosk. I went and did so and observed another employee come and help the person in line behind me. I don’t have a problem ordering at the kiosk but I did just wait in line for 15 minutes. I could have just done that right away and saved the time and why was the person behind me helped but I wasn’t? The employees are inconsiderate of others time and are rude. The service is you guessed it terrible. I spoke with a gentleman that was waiting in the store. He said they completely forgot his order and he’s been waiting a total of twenty or so minutes. He also explained that he comes to this store occasionally and the service is always sub standard.
The employees are slow and seemingly could care less. It appeared as if nobody was in charge and the employees were simply running amuck doing whatever they want.
My son ordered powdered munchkins and received glazed. He brought this to the attention of the employee and was advised to take what you get. I brought it to the attention of the employee and was informed the same thing.
Avoid this Dunkin Donuts. Do yourself a favor and travel an extra five minutes to the next one.
Kid-friendliness: I don’t recommend this Dunkin for anybody let alone kids.

Ordered online and gave them 15 minutes at least to get our order done. When we got there our order wasn’t ready and wasn’t even started. I ordered a dozen of assorted donuts and we were given 12 strawberry glazed and a powdered donut. My toast was cold. Our friends also ordered and they were not given their sandwich and half their food wasn’t available. Don’t recommend this location at all.
