It was a busy Black Friday morning, I noticed someone ended up taking my whole order while waiting for 30 mins and since the team was done making food and cleaning up and I asked a female manager and she said “she’s still making food” and walked away…someone fired her

Rose was by far the nicest & most helpful Dunkin employee that I’ve encountered. She handled a large order for our whole family with ease & we even lucked out by being there on donut day!

Walking there everyday. Never had any issues nor any inconvenience. The food is fresh, there’s no problem finding a table, there are barely any queues, on site you can find toilets, and the waiting time for your order is very short. They employees are very friendly as well. I recommend, if you’re looking for a quick, tasty coffee or other snack.
